After having a bad experience with a highly-rated tax accountant, I looked for someone local to help me sort through a mess of back taxes and came across this location with raving reviews. Dalia took her time with my paperwork, asked all the right questions and best of all she did so with empathy and patience;
she and the rest of the staff here are so personable and really go out of their way to make a typically not-so-pleasant experience pleasant. I'll be back for years to come!

Every year during tax season me and my husband feel at ease working with Dalia Kainovic, she's very efficient to say the least. Professionally takes care of our forms and in a short matter of time we receive our tax return. With today's tech advantage we can even process our documents without having to come to office! Highly recommend my friends and family to file with Dalia and their team!

$250 for in-person filing, very expensive, and I wouldn't have minded if I felt like I was getting expert service. At one point, the preparer gave me incorrect information about the max IRA contributions, which would have caused me to contribute thousands more than what is allowed, good thing I double checked this information in real time. Seems pretty basic information for a tax preparer to know. I gave 2 stars because even though there was another issue with my student loan information, and we had to research the issue together, they did find a solution which I would have been worried about if I was doing my taxes on my own, however I'm still not confident that they actually had a good solution or or if they just found a way for the system to accept the information. Not feeling very confident that the accurate thing was input, but I guess that's why I'm glad it's guaranteed :/ They were nice and all. Wish H&R was more transparent about pricing as well.
