I worked with both Alan and Tom on getting these seats and had an awesome experience. Alan answered all my questions promptly prior to ordering and then Tom took over and kept me well informed throughout the ordering and shipping process. We ordered the Clark seats and couldn’t be happier! These are great comfortable seats and exceeded our expectations in every way. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for theater seating!

Finally getting around to posting my review after a few weeks with these chairs.
I purchased the HT Wavelands in a row of four with the loveseat curved configuration, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very start, Tom and Alan were incredibly patient, answering all my questions—day or night. Their customer service was top-notch. Shipping was impressively fast, and the chairs arrived in perfect condition with no damage.
The leather feel is extraordinary, and the chairs are exceptionally comfortable and supportive. The lumbar feature is priceless, providing just the right amount of lower back support for extended viewing sessions. Having previously owned Seatcraft chairs, I can confidently say that the quality of these HT Market chairs far exceeds them. I also considered Valencia seats, but reports of poor-quality electronic control boards and lackluster customer service turned me away. I have zero regrets about choosing HT Market.
If I had to nitpick one thing, I wish the control buttons were backlit. It’s not a major issue, as I’ve memorized their positions, but it would definitely help family members and guests. I also opted to disconnect the lower base lighting since I found it distracting in my dark theater room. I appreciate that HT Market made this an optional feature. Additionally, for anyone considering the loveseat configuration, I highly recommend adding a master cupholder. It relocates the seat controls from the side of the chair to the adjacent shared armrest, making the controls easier to access.
Overall, HT Market delivered an outstanding product, and I’m thrilled with my purchase. These chairs have truly elevated my home theater experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their seating.

Ordered the Sheridan model and couldn't be happier. Super comfortable, very stylish. Friends & family love it. Process was very easy, Alan & his team were great at shipping in a timely fashion. Great follow-up communication as well. Would highly recommend.

I worked with Alan on my 5 Clark seats and had nothing but a positive experience. Communication was great, pricing was right on with other home theater seats (if not lower) and seats were delivered exactly when stated. I wish I could've made the trip to Chicago to physically sit in the seats, but maybe for my next purchase from HTmarket!

Excellent quality at competitive pricing. Quick ship options are available, but to get custom order may take 4-6 weeks, which is still good for made-to-order in the industry. We opted to wait and get the perfect fit for our needs, and we're pleased with the result. I would recommend this outlet. The Waveland, which we selected is especially worthwhile, with the air bag lumbar system and premium American made Leggett & Platt recliner mechanism. I will consider HTmarket as my first stop for future theater seating needs. Photo is theater room setup in progress.

Do not order from this company. You will regret it. They charged me 1600.00 for home theater seats that arrived damaged/defective. They told me I could return if I was unhappy upon ordering and when I decided to do that they wanted to charge me a 25% re-stock fee as well as return freight. They wanted nearly 700.00 to return after telling me I could return with no stipulations. Buyer Beware!! I have disputed this with Paypal, as well as the BBB and filed paperwork with the Chicago attorney general. This company will rip you off!!
Update: Owner responded with in-accurate info that is totally false. I didn't need "permission" from my wife and she was never mentioned. Shame on you for suggesting that. This is fabricated by the owner. What we had here was a failure to take accountability. Terrible and dishonest business practices. I actually WON my Paypal credit dispute and Paypal returned my money as the seller of this junk refused to do so. He not only wanted to charge me a 25% "restocking" fee, but expected me to pay freight return shipping charges on top of it which were astronomical due to the weight. As we were at an impasse, Paypal refunded my money from their end. Since Paypal covered the reimbursement and NOT the owner, there was nowhere or no need to return them. They advised me to dispose of them, which I did, as they were junk to begin with as is this company.

Got a set of HT Design Waveland XL delivered today. Had the curbside delivery. Had no issues using a small dolly to put under the boxes and into the house they went. Unboxing and installation took less than 15 minutes for both chairs. I dealt with Alan and Tom via emails, they both did an Amazing job with all the questions I had and keeping me updated on when the chairs arrived from overseas. Super fast shipping for the size of the packages.Have only used the seats for about a few hours, they are super comfortable and much firmer than the La-Z Boy chairs they are replacing. The features such as the powered adjustable headrest, the lights, the lumber and the USB-a plug in the cup holder make these chairs very user friendly.Just a Great company to deal with and Super nice Chairs.

After going back and forth on whether or not to go with some of the other seating brands out there, I decided to go with the HT Design Waveland, and could not be happier with my purchase. Before I even get the to seats, the customer service that Alan provides is second to none. All of my questions were responded to very quickly, and even after my purchase Alan has continued to help with everything that I have needed assistance with. I highly doubt that customer service from any of the other big brands would compare.The seats are excellent and very well made. The leather is soft, and the seats are very comfortable; they are more firm than the La-Z-Boy recliners that I have upstairs in my living room, and after sitting in both I very much prefer the Waveland. The pricing was very reasonable and every seat came with a complimentary tray table. I highly recommend these seats. My theater room is still in progress, but attached are some pictures of the seats in the room.

We ordered 5 HTDesign Clark seats from HTMarket. I was hesitant to order the seats without trying them out first, but my concerns were over nothing. These chairs are supremely comfortable and high quality. Alan and Tom have been awesome to work with and always prompt in their communication. I can’t recommend HTMarket highly enough.
