They take all day for a simple task. It was 1 worker in there on a business day. I went to the bank on break and had to wait 20 mins because there was 1 worker there. So unprofessional especially with their location being downtown where it’s busy 7am-7pm come on get it together

I Am A Housekeeper... Today Unfortunatly i forgot my bank card @ Home i was literally Working Near this bank i decided 2 stop in & take Cash out of my Savings account.... my Name has been changed from Leo 2 Lea it took me 45yrs of my life 2 finally changed my name... as son as i came in i was greeted nicely... but the girl that took care of me kept calling Me Leo ????? MY i'd says i'm a F & My Full name is Lea??????

This review applies to Huntington Bank in general not this branch in particular. Don't do it to yourself. I just opened a bank account with them. Depositing money was no issue. All of a sudden there's a hold on my account and they won't release my funds. I'm going to satisfy their requirements to release the hold and subsequently close down the account. I repat, don't do it to yourself. I figured a brick and mortar bank would be worth something. At this point, online banks may be a better option. Why do these banks exist again? Oh yeah check the lawsuits online.

I am a new customer to Huntington Bank. I opened an online account and went inside the branch to make a deposit. I’m so disappointed because I may have to go through a weekend without having access to my funds because the bank is saying that my account needs to be verified. And they are not able to verify my account because they said my phone number is not registered under my name., my phone provider verified that my phone is in my name. I’m not sure why this bank is putting me through this. I can’t wait to make it back into the branch so I can retrieve all of my money and close out this ratchet account. I would not suggest anyone to bank with this bank, even customer service lacked compassion for my situation. I’m very upset!!!
