Whenever I’m in Chicago, I always make time to get my nails done here! I live in DC and get my nails done regularly, but nothing ever compares to them. My nails last longer, my cuticles and nail beds always look so much cleaner, and the attention to detail is unmatched.
On top of that, everyone there is so genuine and kind! I’ve never felt rushed, always feel welcomed, and have NEVER left dissatisfied. I don’t know what kind of magic they do here, but I wish I could bring them back to DC with me 😂 Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that I have tried many places, and Lia nailed my nails, these are the best nails I got in a long time. I am so happy that I finally found who listened and understood exactly what I am looking for, despite that I was in a rush she did such an amazing job! Thank you Lia, this was the best experience ever.

Bilancia Nail Spa is a hidden gem! The staff are professional, and pay great attention to detail. My nochip manicure last very well. The shop is clean and my nails have never looked better. Highly recommend💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼

best place ever! I get the builder gel and (other than obviously grown out) my nails are still perfect after 3.5 weeks. No lifting or chipping. Photos show right after vs. 3.5 weeks later. I got chrome for the first time today and I'm obsessed. I showed leah a picture and she nailed it. The attention to detail here is like no other place I've been.

I’ve been looking for a great nail tech since I moved here, and it’s overwhelming to find someone new after having the same person for so long. My experience with Leah was exceptional. She really listened to me and was so detailed and thorough. A little bit on a pricey side compared to other locations I’ve been to in Chicago, but for the quality and attentiveness I think it’s worth it. I’m super glad I found this place!

So fire. Looks like a Russian manicure. I got no chip gel chrome. I can’t stop staring at my nails!!! First experience where I had zero pain with the drill or cuticle cutting. The talent here is 10/10! With manicure and pedicure I paid around $100

This is my new favorite nail salon! Every time I ask for almond shaped nails, the shape never comes out right...BUT I have finally found a salon that did my nails exactly how I wanted them! They really took their time prepping my nails, coloring them and massaging my hands! The staff was extremely attentive offering drinks and anything else I needed. I am so glad I found this salon. I highly recommend!

I’ve been living in Chicago for 6 years, and Annie is the first friend I made and the best nail technician in the city! This is the nicest salon too, not only because it is clean and relaxing, but because the staff is so warm and welcoming! The owners are kind and friendly, and there is absolutely no drama or negative energy in this space. They take their time making sure you have a wonderful experience and that you are pleased with the end result. Annie especially is so attentive to detail, is so patient and hardworking, and is always pleasant to see :) she works with a smile on her face and takes an interest in her customer’s life - she’s an amazing listener and an expert manicurist! This will be the place I come for my nails for as long as I live in this city :)

Wow!! Amazing salon. Clean, efficient and client focused. I got asked multiple questions throughout my service. I got exactly what I wanted. Nura was amazing and I could tell all the nail artists are skilled. Can't wait to come back!

My manicurist of over 30 years had retired, and I needed a new salon and technician. After trying various salons in the River North area, and not being satisfied, I decided to try Bilancia and found a new home. I've booked different technicians and have never been disappointed!!! I get a regular dazzle dry manicure, no gel or extensions. My nails always look beautiful and the polish lasts at least 2 weeks. This is the only salon in River North I would recommend and I've tried at least a dozen.

This was the first time I've ever got my nails done. The Bilancia staff is very professional and friendly. The facility is clean and comfortable! I would for sure recommend to my friends and will come back again!
