Great service. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. Only downside is they do not accept any returns or exchanges whatsoever despite their website allowing them if the product is unopened in original packaging.

By far my favorite sex store in the city! So many stores in the area don't have good customer service but the employees they had on Friday afternoon especially were fantastic!! Soo helpful and friendly such a great experience

took an hour long train ride just to find that it’s closed despite google saying it’s open and the hours on the door indicating it should be open. disappointing

Was recommended this store by another adult novelty shop and I'm so glad they did!!! This place was huge. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Jamesy was super professional but welcoming and was more than willing to help with any questions I had. Gregory was also amazing! Super knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back, eventually!

Nice friendly staff! This was a big part of my experience while visiting.I went with my partner & we had a blast looking at all the toys, card games, and clothing the store had to offer. We spent about 20 minutes in the store. It's two floors so you have a lot to see & explore.

I came in here for lingerie yesterday, but left out when I noticed the staff members were following me around the store. Everywhere that I went the store attendant followed and not once did she say “let me know if I can help you with something”. She made it very clear that I wasn’t welcomed, I’ve lived in Chicago most of my life is this is by far one of the worst shopping experiences that I’ve had. I felt really uncomfortable shopping here and wouldn’t go back.
