Th manager at this branch (I assume he's the manager) Malik is awesome! Always helpful, always responsive, personable, and professional. I had a less than stellar experience at a different branch and was about to close my accounts. Malik called me and suggested that I visit his branch so that he could provide "exceptional" service. I would have settled for good service. He made good on his promise and I'm a happy customer. That plus the interest rates at Wintrust are better than most.Seems I will be sticking around for a while.

Malik Flowers was insanely helpful to me at a south side location of Wintrust. Helped me resolve some unique issues on my account that required a lot of back and forth and phone calls. He was also kind to me and had a lot of patience. I would give him six stars if I could. He also asked me about which pronouns to use for me which made me feel quite respected and seen. Thank you Malik!

The customer service is great.. just love the ladies but it is the slowest bank ever. 30 mins in the drive thru with 3 cars and only one teller. Ridiculous.

Since moving to Chicago, I wanted to bank with a local banking institution. Hyde Park Bank's 57th Street location has been phenomenal since opening both a checking and savings account. The level of customer service, acumen and care to their customer's needs set a new bar in client service and relations. I highly recommend Hyde Park Bank -57th Street location!

Have banked for 35 years and have taken several mortgages out. The last one is 2.65 %The bankers are great , I have gotten special attention by the president when I ran across any problems. I now live in Michigan and still bank in Hyde park .
