This bank is stuffy and boring. I don't understand who this bank is for. They are really, really picky about opening an account. They even wanted to see my library card and Sam's Club membership. Anything with my name on it. I have never been put through the mill like that for a stinking account.

For the past two years I avoided entering Hyde Park bank due to the rude employees . But, on today I had an amazing experience due to my encounter with CHENAY. she had a charismatic personality while completing my transaction in a timely manner.

If you want to experience the most unprofessional, ghetto and rude tellers any financial institution has to offer, then by all mean come to HYDE PARK BANK.At HYDE PARK BANK you’ll experience tellers who can curse any sailor under the table and others who will challenge customers to duels.It’s unfortunate these “ladies” are ungrateful and extremely upset they were hired for the positions they’ve applied for.

This admittedly gorgeous bank is for fans of Beaux Arts architecture with time on their hands. The last time I was there, attempting to cash a check, I waited in line for 20 minutes before I gave up. There were three people ahead of me, and one teller, who seemed to be receiving assistance from the personal banking department with something that looked extremely complex.
