TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BOOK WITH ARYANNA! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED AND DOES NOT MANAGE TIME AT ALL! Second time in a row I left her shop NOT PLEASED! “I’m finally pleased is a facade” Aryanna made me sit in the shop for over 3 hours after my appointment time to tell me that she didn’t have enough time to do my hair. She honored others appointments over mine and I was there first! My appointment time was at 12:30PM and I didn’t get in her chair until 1:45 PM because she was doing someone else’s hair on my appointment time!!! With the delayed start she begins the style (boho natural individual braids with no weave) and I purchased a $50 pack of bulk hair for her to use and once she is on the third row of my head she proceeds to tell me she had another appointment at 3:30PM and one after that and I would have to wait for her to finish their hair before I could get mine done. At this point it is 2:30/2:45…I ain’t never heard of anyone having to forfeit their appointment because someone else’s appointment time was approaching. Instead of taking accountability she is minimizing her fault in the situation and is constantly telling me it’s my fault because I asked for the extra boho pieces last minute. I texted her immediately after I booked the appointment and she confirmed it! If you were unable to honor my request you could have politely declined (read the text message at the bottom)
So she takes my hair down and throws the bulk hair I purchased in the garbage and sent me out the shop with my hair like this…no compensation, no refund NOTHING!
***the third photo is a sew-in that was done by Aryanna and I left her shop having to complete the style on my own after paying her FULL PRICE for the service. There’s absolutely no reason a client should be completing a service on their own when a provider is being paid WITH A TIP to ensure your LOYAL customer is content*** (the third photo visibly shows lace from a closure piece that should’ve been plucked and manicured before I left out the shop)

The owner has been my hair stylist since 2008. She is very good at what she does. No matter what is going on with your hair she can cause it to grow. The lord has blessed her hands. If you need a hair stylist try her. You will not be disappointed!!!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
