Took 21 days and legs of tables and chase missing. A 20,000 dollar longer sewing machine parts missing. VERY disappointed. Paid 15,000 from Michigan to Texas and all we got was lies. Refrigerator all scratched up, couch tore in room places. Awful experience. Never again. The men wasn't professionals. My family and I had to help. Grrr

I used them twice. The first time my landlord forgot to unlock the gate and they had to transition all my stuff by hand. I didn't realized until I got unpacked 2 months later that all of DVDs were missing and an Amazon tote full of coats and winter clothes. I was gonna call the company n give them a piece of my mind but one of the women who lived in my building told me that someone on the street took my items while the movers were trying to get my stuff in... It wasn't their fault that there are thieves in this world. They were professional and courteous and quick...
