Great experience shopping for noise canceling headphones, and I’m happy to support them. The sales representative, Jacob, was very knowledgeable. He introduced me to high end brands I hadn’t heard of, and he let me try on several options. Much better than shopping at a big box store. I wasn’t expecting to buy anything here because their prices, like everything at an airport, are higher. The Sony headphones I liked were $30 over list price. But they had an open box unit for 20% off, which ended up being a great deal. Thanks!

Went in to buy Apple product and I was initially told they would price match Apple Store online price, but I looked it up, the store manager reneged. She was extemely rude and disrespectful. This is no way to treat customers.

I worked with Merek with an issue on merchandise that was purchased. He was very professional and helpful resolve the problem efficiently by maintaining communication and taking initiative. Based on my experience I would shop here again certainly.

I entered this establishment fully intending to buy the best set of in-ear earphones in the store. I was the only one in the store. I walked up to the clerk who was behind the counter playing a video game on his phone and said hello. He basically looked up at me and glared without saying anything. I said "Really, is that supposed to be service?" He responded by saying that I hadn't even said hello which was untrue but immaterial. The onus was upon him to ask if I needed assistance. He was too lazy and stupid to bother. I expressed my disbelief in the most caustic way possible and all this imbecile could muster was "Have a nice day." I will never buy anything from this or any InMotion store nor will I purchase any product they carry. I've contacted their headquarters and will forward a formal complaint to them. Disgraceful and sickening behavior by the guy whose photo appears below. Wish I'd thought to get his name.

I noticed some items on sale with big promises for discounts.Airpods discounted at 199.99 dollars instead of 249.99 dollars (not pro, with wireless charging case). BUT 199.99 dollars is actually the real price for the airpods at the Apple Store, so they are actually advertising fake discounts. I tried to address this to the staff, however they were not really bothered. The shop is nice otherwise, but I would suggest to check prices online before buying.

Went there to purchase a phone charger cable and I was thankful that they had one for my iPhone but they charged $34.99 for a cable that Apple sells for $19. Exact same product marked up about 80%. That seems unreasonable to me even in an airport. Especially when the Express Best Buy machines sell products at the same price as in their stores.

Picture this: You get to the airport and you forgot your charger. You stop into this electronics shop to buy one for your trip. searching on Amazon reveals the chargers they sell are DOUBLE the price and they don't price match, so you pay the idiot tax because you forgot your charger and are stuck...When you get to your destination, you find out that the charger you bought does not charge your phone. You now have to buy another one...when you go back for a refund, THEY ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS....offers to call a manager reveal there are no managers they can call and you're out of luck, so you exchange for a charger that at least works. You now have 3 chargers and regrets you ever set foot in inmotion...avoid at all costs.

I expected this place to be wall to wall overpriced merch without much help from the staff but I was way wrong. The place has some expensive stuff, yes, but they also have some stuff that's not too far off from Target prices. Eric the manager is also really helpful and he is happy to take time to explain everything if you need extra assistance.
