Tl;Dr their work looks great but as the other comments warned, they have the worst ETA messaging of all time đ I have never once had them call me when they say they will.
Also they started working on my car before I got an estimate or permission (went through my insurance so it's fine but the GM said he'd call me first to make sure it wasn't totalled - turns out he was in the hospital, so I don't blame him. I just don't understand how they could work on my car without telling me or me ever signing anything???), said it would be ready in five days though!
Nov 23rd brought my car to their shop, was told they would call me on the 25th. Never heard from them so called Dec 2nd when I came back from vacation, was told it would be ready the 5th after it got painted. Called morning of the 5th before I went over and they said it it would be ready by EOD because Paint found that the bumper filler (??) was missing and they had to redo the work. Called back EOD and they said it was going back to paint and would be ready Saturday. No calls so I call Monday morning to come get it and they say it won't be ready until 3pm. Call at 5 pm and they say now it is next in line to get buffed and it won't be ready for pickup until QC checks it Tuesday. (If you're counting, that's 5 times it's been pushed back and my car has been with them for 15 days)
Called them at 3pm on Tuesday and they said to come get it at 5:15 (they close at 5:30)! But I still called back at 4:45 pm to check if I should pay to Uber over there to get it and got transferred to customer service (??) who was like "uh yeah I meant to call you - you can get it today if you need a car but we noticed one other damage that hadn't been approved by insurance and now it is and I can get it fixed 100% by tomorrow afternoon"
I ended up going to get it next day and they said that my insurance hasn't approved it so they did a small fix and I was like it still looks perfect to me, better than when I bought it! So I took it home and it feels great as if I bought a new car. đ

This shop is a joke. They stated that they painted my who driver side door of my car and my driver side door wasnât or touch. I own a 2017 jeep srt. Everybody knows the headaches with these trucks and motors. Ever since I got my truck back itâs not running the same as it was before I dropped it off. I had a tracker in my car they had no reason touching and they disconnected it. They said âto erase codes.â I didnât take my truck in for codes I took it in for a door repairs. They removed my panel from my driver door for what? I am getting a lawyer and going after because they swapped my motor this work was not done and they do not wanna show me videos of my truck Inside the shop. They are a fraud I warn you please do no buisness here. I have proof they swapped my motor and I have proof they have had stolen parks on that place. They work with people who do this work. They scammers grimy and thiefâs. The estimator there is a joke they are all in it. The girl in the front desk also. They are charging the insurance company for work they didnât even do.

Started off great, my car was repaired within a week and the staff was nice but the problem came with having to come back to get my key repaired. If Iâm notified that was ready for pickup, I should not have to come back for something like this. It took two months and multiple calls to finally have my keys reprogrammed. I didnât want to carry around extra keys just to operate my vehicle. Added unnecessary stress as well as difficultly finding parking.

The best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. Up to the minute updates. My car looks brand new and as if it was never in an accident. Couldn't have asked for better service. A painless experience with no run around and everything went exactly how they said it would. Thanks again for making an unfortunate accident less of a headache. Keep up the good work!

This place helped me the same day I went in. I went in to get a screw placed on my side back -bumper. My bumper was literally flying as I was driving and I couldnât be driving that way any longer and so I walked in here early morning and the manager had someone put the right screw on to my bumper. So thatâs my review really nice guy that helped me out.

The repair work on the crash area itself was OK, but the way they handled everything else turned out to be a huge red flag and I would not come here again. To be clear, the repair happened in Jan 2023, and I've been struggling to create a review that captured how I felt because the shop took 6+ weeks from start to finish, treated my car like a piece of trash and they even forgot to tighten the lug nuts on a wheel that almost caused an accident.
Please see the pictures for yourself. Not everything is captured, but they:
-Ate inside the car - I found grease prints and food crumbs.
-Left a dirty utility knife in the backseat.
-Left a film of dust inside the car and on the engine bay.
-Scratched paint off the front bumper.
-Poorly installed the headliner on the rear passenger side.
-Left window sealant splattered in parts of the rear windshield.
-Broke the keyless entry on the driver-side door.
-Oversprayed the paint.
-FORGOT TO TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS (picture of man by the when is someone they sent to tighten the lug nuts).
I absolutely regret taking my car here and I apologize that I hadn't posted this any sooner.

They kept changing my expected pickup day until it got to the point where I would call them every day and every day theyâd tell me one more day. After two weeks of that I finally got told to come before the end of the day and when I showed up they still said it wasnât ready because they still needed to program my key. When I told them I wanted to take my car with me that day and I could get my spare key if that was the only thing left to do they pulled the car around and started cleaning it. The car was supposed to be detailed and that clearly hadnât been done and they gave my car back to me with broken glass still Inside. After all this time they didnât even repair my roof dent which was only one of two very small dents that they were supposed to repair. I wish I had never pointed out the dents I donât even care but they charged my insurance for this repair. My insurance company chose this shop for me and I really regret bringing my car here. If they had told me they needed to finish detailing my car and gave me an actual time to pick it up that would have been fine but every time I talked to them they gave me a different reason that my car wasnât ready and today they told me it was ready so I came to get it at the time they said. Iâd really like to have my car back at least clean after it got stolen. Actually⌠they left their sanding disk pads in my trunk so I came home with more mess in my car than I started with LOL.
