There was an attendant at the entrance guiding people and letting them know if their license plate was automatically scanned by the machine. There was also an attendant by the elevator lobby holding the door.

Negative stars. Genuinely the worst garage in the city for monthly Parker’s. You will end up double paying for 50% of the month, because the system and readers are always ‘down’ and it is the only way out. Besides Nancy, their staff is ATROCIOUS. Good luck getting anywhere on time because the call center is useless.

Used the app and reserved ahead for parking to avoid paying valet fees at the hotel nearby. Was $80 for 48 hours on the weekend. Decent price for downtown parking. Brightly lit and easy access.
