Awful experience. Had multiple items in my hands, both associates helped other customers, including ones that walked in after me. Never acknowledged me, nor offered any assistance. Hill has definitely declined over the last year.

Michael at J.Jill Water Tower Place is a fantastic salesperson. On two recent shopping trips, he was not only helpful, but made creative suggestions for combining some of the pieces I was trying on. He was patient, knowledgeable about the clothing and very funny!

WONDERFUL experience!! Came here to shop for my mom and the assistant Pam was an AMAZING help! Helped pick out and reach clothing for my mom (who was in a wheelchair at the time) and take the clothes to the dressing room n then to checkout! Very friendly as well to us.

The sales associate was more than helpful, she was hilarious as well. My girlfriend did find several pieces for work. They have a line of clothing that is wrinkle free, and the fabric hangs nicely. Some nice patterns and colors, and if you need tall, or items they don't have at the store, they can help you get them direct from source with no delivery charge.
