However, there can sometimes be a long line with only one cashier or one ATM available, which may cause delays for customers needing to solve issues like topping up a bus card. Some clients have been happy customers for around 15 years due to the good service.

Excellent—very good service. I only went to buy a City Sticker, and they made the process very easy for me. At another currency exchange, they refused to sell it to me because they wanted proof of vehicle ownership.
