So I went to 10 different bridal shops and this place was outstanding Jackie was kind concerning and very accommodating Not only would I recommend this place to everyone but I but I would seriously Give her and her mom 10 stars if I could Thank you Jackie and mom for everything and making this a memorable experience

Not the best customer service I’ve had. We had a 4:00 PM bridal appointment on Saturday, 4/9/2022, didn’t get officially helped until 4:20 PM. When we entered we had a hard time seeing anyone to greet us and we were instantly stared at as if we didn’t belong in there. We checked in and were told to look at the dresses in the meantime, so we did. Waiting wasn’t so much the problem, but I did not encounter much wait time at any other bridal shops, at this point I had gone to five different shops in total. So they need to work out on their timing/appointments or hire a third person. Once we finally did got the scheduled attention, we showed a picture of a dress I liked, to see what styles they had that would closely match it. The lady helping us brought out a dress similar in style so we finally got into a dressing room and tried it on. It was not for me, it was hard to envision the actual dress because I wasn’t pinned to see the potential. They did have a bigger size so they brought it out to try. I asked my friend to help zip me up because the lady left. Then the mother arrived to check on me she was basically rude in criticizing me for not having a wedding date set yet. I understand that dresses take a while to order and alter, but I felt shamed by her. I will say she was helpful in sending us off and telling us to go back for the dress, we also showed her the picture, which is why I didn’t give 1 star. Attention to customer service for my friend and I was horrible. From the start we felt unwelcomed and were not happy with the experience and vibe we gathered. Would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you don’t care about attention to detail/customer.

Jackie the owner of Jackie's Bridal was kind and understanding to the needs of my best friend getting married.Despite being late to her appointment, Jackie provided the service she needed.She asked about her favorite style of dress and her budget.I highly suggest doing research into your budget and budget friendly brands it helps to know what you want.Right off the bat, my best friend had a specific brand in mind called Demetrios and their Ball Gown collection. Jackie's was one of the three bridal shops in Illinois to carry them.Out came 3 lovely dresses to which Jackie said not to worry about the size not fitting or dress not closing. Their standard is 10 or 12 but it runs small.Then asked about her veil lenght long or short.To put it simple the best advice we got is less is more. More dresses cause confusion. Pick your top 3 and pick your 1. Although we did not quite Say Yes, Jackie was wonderful about getting us date estimates for June wedding and asked thay she pick soon. Shipping can take 6 to 8 months which leaves about 3 weeks before her wedding!Disclaimer:Jackie's mom doesn't carry the same energy or mood based off our small interactions but I hope this changed when we return. I believe in second chances for everyone.
