My follow-up after speaking directly with Jackson Hewitt Client Services. Beware of Sami Ismail. Upon him failing to do my tax returns correctly, he attempted to overcharge me. He ultimately failed to file them on time, and failed to file my state taxes. He also failed to file an addendum that would have saved me thousands of dollars. After calling Jackson Hewitt client care #, I found out he is actually not employed by Jackson Hewitt at all, and does not even use their software. He may have been at some point and time, but he is not longer one of their CPA's. I have contacted him numerous times by text, email, and phone. Now he does not pick up the phone, does not respond to emails, and I am stuck having to refile with another company. Definitely seeking legal assistance. He has two locations. One on 5601 N Clark St, and another location on 3501 W. Devon. 100% untrustworthy.
