I’m really glad I switched to Jackson. The staff was friendly and honest about everything! Tax preparation was super quick and overall it was an great experience! Definitely recommend!

This young lady always takes care of me and is always there and answers my questions. She does whats in the best interests of me and my family and she knows me when I walk through the door after a year has passed by. Thats impressive and what customer service should be. Plus she handles the entire office no matter what by herself now that's awesome Jackson Hewitts superwoman!
