The customer service is excellent. Mr Muhumad is intensive, very patient, and he make sure the person he’s helping doesn’t leave without asking do you understand. That’s a good tax preparer in my eyes. He’s getting 5 stars.

I normally don't "professionally" do my taxes but since everything's been going on, I thought why not this year. I wish I would've done it sooner! Dana Koger assisted me. She was very patient with me, knowledgeable, extremely warm & professional. Great first experience!
