I live in Pennsylvania and purchased a vehicle at Orloff Jaguar Of Chicago. Everything went smoothly. My salesman Steve could not have been nicer. He is a real pro who handled every detail from the purchase through arranging for shipment of the vehicle. The car is everything that it was represented to be. As Jaguar owner I was fully impressed by Lee Zarras. The customer service was exceptional. He demonstrated patience, understanding, and great communication skills. Lee Zarras is the best in service. I was lucky enough for him to advise me on vehicle repairs. He is an asset to Howard Orloff.

Purchased a used Jaguar around the beginning of January 2025. Made an appointment with Lee, one of the service advisors, who was very pleasant to work with. He set me up with a used vehicle service inspection and pointed out a few extras to the mechanics, which weren't included in the initial inspection. It took a little longer than expected, but Lee helped me out by getting me an Uber to my local gym not too far from the dealership, free of charge. All in all, I'd use them again to service my vehicle.

They Would not Service my car they told me that the mechanic they had they don’t have any more and told me to go to Schaumburg Naperville or Hinsdale. I don’t know why they won’t work on my car or even take my service appointment and the three other Jaguar location said they don’t know why they told me that so I would recommend Schaumburg for anybody who wants to get the card service, because this location treated me wrong.

The service department is absolutely lovely, especially Brad. I took my F-Type here for its annual maintenance this year, and he communicated throughout the whole process. Not only was the car done earlier than expected, they even did me a solid by giving it a hose down (my car has PPF and ceramic coating, so it can't go through their car wash). A delightful experience from end to end!

Had a great experience at the service center. My car battery was experiencing issues and went in for an unscheduled fix. Lee Zaras was my service advisor - not only did they take the vehicle in unscheduled, got it fixed in a day and completed my service as well. Lee was absolute professional, kept me informed throughout making the entire experience excellent.

BEWARE OF JOSHUA IN SERVICE! I've owned several Jaguars over the years and recently went into Howard Orloff Jaguar to get a quote on 2 new tires, rims and an alignment. Service Salesman Joshua was dismissive and left me waiting there for quite a while. When I checked back with him he said he was waiting for a price from parts. After waiting longer I could wait no longer and told him I'd be back the next day. He later called me and said I needed to bring the car in and pay $250 for the simple quote. What a scammer! I will never return to Howard Orloff and caution you to avoid a costly mistake!

I bought two Jaguars from them, 2019 F-Pace S, and 2021 F-Pace SVR. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and the purchase process was straightforward. Service advisers understand your concerns. They will do everything to resolve the issues at your satisfaction. When it come to warranty repairs and maintenance they never tired to persuade me to have work done which is unnecessary and cannot be verified. Complementary maintenance and warranty issues are honored to the full extend. Their business is based on trust and it is at the level one will expect from the dealership of luxury cars.
