Beware of overcharging on labour costs. I got stuck in Chicago and had to bring my car into the dealership in a pinch to replace the seal on a fuel injector.They tried convincing me that the fuel injector needed to be replaced, before finally admitting that it could be reused. The labour cost to replace the injector at my shop at home is 0.7 hours. This place tried telling me that it was a seven hour job.They ended up, overcharging me as I could only get them down to 2 1/2 hours of labour after several rounds of back-and-forth discussion.This place will take advantage of people that have more money than brains . Personally, I had a better experience with the jaguar dealership in Naperville.

My service Advisor Joshua Ruiz was amazing he helped me in an away I couldn’t even imagined. When my warranty company autoXcel wasn’t making it easy for me to use my warranty, Joshua reassured me that he would keep reaching out to them so they can approved my truck getting fixed. Please never use AutoXcel they are not a good warranty company to have .

Tried to go in for warranty service and they were "too busy" to take me in for 3 weeks. Either there aren't enough skilled technicians in the Chicago area (doubtful) or JLR doesn't want to pay to acquire them. Either way, my F-Type will be my last JLR product.

Drove 7 hours to purchase a used Jaguar from this dealership. While at the dealership the service manager bragged about the 150 point inspection done on all vehicles and how clean of a vehicle we were getting. After the deal was done we got in the vehicle to leave and the odometer had 1000 more miles than what was advertised, this was our first issue. On our 7 hour drive back home the low coolant light came on. Odd for a just purchased 150 point inspected vehicle right? Had to take vehicle to local dealership due to the coolant being practically empty. Informed by service technician here that the coolant cap was broken and needed replaced. Fast forward a month the brakes are now squeaking. Tried contacting the dealership to ask why we are having issues that should have been caught in the thorough 150 point inspection with no response from anyone even as high up as general management. Do NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership, especially a used car. Only seem to be concerned about making a sale, customer service after purchase is severely lacking/nonexistent.

Today was my second visit to Jaguar/Land Rover Chicago and the experience was far from satisfactory to say the least. The customer service rep, Hugh who checked in my car not only was rude, but also misinformed.When checking-in I asked Hugh if someone could answer a few technical questions I had about my Jag and he promised to schedule a 10-15 min session with a technician at pick up. However, when I arrived to pick the car I was told I will be charged $195/hr regardless of what/how many questions I had since I did not purchase the car from that dealership. Which is appalling. I've owned non-Jag cars and had never heard anything like that before.Further, when I requested Hugh to have a technician show me if the issue (that I had to come in for the second time) was fixed, not only did he vehemently decline, but even had the audacity to tell me I was 'nit-picking'! He then advised me to 'drive around' and come back if the issue persists. I was even refused their official e-mail id upon request.I found this really offensive and requested to speak with the manager, Daryl, who later apologized for Hugh's behavior however, did not offer to get the questions I had about my Jag answered without being charged.Very disappointing, I thought Jaguar was a premium brand, i.e., premium service. Having said that, since my experience during the first visit at this dealership was fairly decent, I will give them a second chance (may be Hugh was having a long day) and update this review depending on how my next visit goes, which, given the latest experience, I hope does not happen anytime soon.

Lisa L checked in my vehicle for its annual service appointment. Real cool, and very attentive. Key Fob and blade was damn near $1,000, but the other services were reasonably priced for a dealership. I love my car so it's all good.

Where should I start...I had my car towed in from a different Jaguar dealer. Within 10mins of my car arriving I was called by my service advisor Hugh to make me aware my vehicle had arrived and to let me know he would have a technician on it right away. Three hours later my car was diagnosed and began to be repaired, it was ready within 48 hours!! I have never received better treatment at any other luxury car dealership thus far!! Highly recommended

Had my 2018 Jaguar F-pace service with Tim Brewer ,he informed me my 5 years 60k miles warranty are expiring next month. Also didnt replaced my cabin filter and said they did. Oil change interval is at 16k miles? Stay away from this dealership for service. Cabin filter should be changed every year and not 4 years. Service Manager was rude and not professional.

I just took delivery of my Jaguar F-Type from Orloff Jaguar and came away extremely satisfied with the experience...from beginning to end. My salesperson, Matt Bonkovich, couldn't have done a better job. Matt was responsive, transparent, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend Orloff Jaguar and Matt Bonkovich; especially if you value top-flight service.

Brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. The service from start to finish was friendly, polite, professional, and very well done. They even provided me with a vehicle to drive, while mine was being worked on. Can't say enough good things about the team!

So I called my friends at Howard Orloff with an apparently minor dashboard alarm on a Friday at 4 PM...they are thoughtful enough to tell me to swing by and they will take a look. less than 24 hours later, major brake repair identified and completed; a bad tire identified and replaced including special order and pre-approvals. A beautiful Jaguar loaner was provided as a courtesy for as long as I needed it based on repair duration. Luis Nunez and the entire team were pretty incredible. Incredible is pretty normal at Howard Orloff!!!!! Cannot thank you all enough!!! 25 years of a great partnership with the team at Orloff and counting!!!!!

Appointment at 0900 to drop my car off for service. Didn’t leave until 950. At one point I stood in the middle of the service area for about 10 min before anyone even acknowledged me. Thankfully my car only needs to come in once a year but this sort of thing will dissuade me from buying another jaguar.
