I called Jefferson Auto Construction on Easter Sunday at 7P.M. My front end was smoking and didn't know why. He said no problem stop by and I'll have a look. Turns out my driver's side caliper was locked up. He personally drove me to Autozone to buy the parts needed to fix the problem and had me back on the road within a hour! Great service, and very professional. Will definitely call Jefferson next time my car needs service! Highly, recommend this place very prompt and professional ?

A place where you can trust that your vehicle will be fixed right the first time. He put my van on the scanner and found out that the coil was bad. Had it replaced in an hour and running great without any issues. Only charged me for the coil and $50 labor for a total of $105. Went to three other places they wanted to charge me $200/$235 & 250. He not only saved me money but had me back on the road within an hour.

So I've had nothing but an awful experience with this place. A guy recommended this place to get one newer tires on my car and an oil change. So I go there and tell him to get some me just some used tires because I was short on money because I just moved into the city. So I dropped off the car Friday night and tell him I need the car by noon or so the next day. He tells me no problem. the following day I call at 11 seeing how it's going and he tells me he wont have it done till 6 pm. Fine whatever it happens, then at 6 I give him a call and he tells me it wont be done till 10:30pm. So I had no car all day and he was late on just changing out some tires and doing an oil change. finally got back my car that night and thought everything would be good. A week later I'm driving my girlfriend home and we start hearing a bumping, we stop at the nearest gas station to see if some of the tires need air. topped them off and we were back on the highway. we start notice more bumping and we get into the left lane. Then the front passengers side tire treading tears off and it pulls the headlight out with it. It was late at night so the highway wasn't crazy but we were all safe. we get rides home from family. I end up going to another car repair place to get the tires replaces and the guy tells me that the three tires I was given had dry rot on them and were the wrong size tires. So when I contacted this place to get my money back for the tires (It has a 30 day return policy) he told me to come the saturday coming up. I agree'd and the call ended. I then go there when it opens on saturday and no one was there. I tried calling and got nothing. I've tried to stay nice in this whole engagement but this is really bad for business. I would never recommend this guys to anyone. Just a bunch of crooks.
