This updated review is based on my recent purchase of their honey wings and how the situation was handled. I always order their wings fresh. I did so this time. I got them home and first I noticed I'd that the breading was falling apart from the wings. Very unusual. When I ate one of them it was like the meat was minced and had a very funny texture. I'm thinking and someone told me this. When they marinate the wings. They were probably over marinated because when that happens it breaks down the meat. Plus they were so salty. I tried to save them in the oven and that normally helps but it made things worse. The salt flavor was more intense. I was told to call them the next morning. So I did and they said to come in for a refund. I asked if they needed the wings. The guy in CS said no and just throw them out. I come in for the refund and the guy asked where the wings were? I said I was told I didn't need to bring them in. The guy said I wasn't supposed to be told that. They refunded me anyway. Will I get their wings again? Probably. I mean I've had their wings for years and this was really the second issue with them. But here's a tip. Always ask for them fresh because they are like rubber if they sit too long.

So i guess they are having this re grand opening or something at this location. The store looks amazing very well stock and well staffed. But that doesn't give you a reason to treat the employees like shit. I overheard a conversation between a few of the employees in the front this poor young girl that I guess is anemic was told she was no allowed to wear her sweater today. It's 45 degrees outside the doors were open and she was standing under the AC vent which was blowing cold air. I don't care how nice the store looks and how friendly the staff is, if you treat you staff badly I will not shop there. Please get this corrected don't like seeing stuff this at my favorite store..

I’ve called twice to speak to a pharmacist at Osco this morning. Each time the phone rings, it then goes silent as if I’m on “hold,” but the holding music doesn’t work. As soon as I hear someone answer the call & it’s no longer white noise. The associate that decides to pick up chooses to hang up on me back-to-back immediately. If you don’t want to answer the phone or talk to people, then don’t get a job that requires customer support/services. At this point, you guys may be the equivalent, and compared to the low quality of CVS & let me tell you, that’s not feedback you want to hear.

This store has really gone downhill in the last few years, it feels dirty and skeevy. I recently checked them out on the CoC inspections website, yikes!

I've been here twice in the past 5 years. Worst Jewel on the planet. The first time I came for flowers. I asked her to wrap them she shittly threw some paper over them and put them in a jewel bag. Today it was for a money order. Super busy Thursday night before New Year's Eve. And there was no employee in the store that could assist me with that. Stay away from this mess of what they pretend is a store. What happened to Jewel osco???

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN This Is a Prejudice store! , and If you identify as a "Being" . I would HIGHLY Recommend for you to NOT go . Especially!! IF YOU ARE COLORED! my personal space was invaded the entire time i walked around the store . and I was also accused of not paying for my items at the self check out Because he didn't hear them scanning , but when he checked my screen . The items were there . Mind you , I already was walking around the store and had seen moldy grapefruits and oranges ! *DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCE !! IT IS MOLDY ! ALONG WITH THEIR MEAT !

Friendly cashiers and baggers that don't squash my bread. I'm older now and they always offer assistance and run after me when I forget to take a bag or my change! I know they have a shopping service but as long as I can get my old bones over to the store, I'll do my own shopping.

I placed an order on Thursday January 20 for delivery on 21. On the afternoon of the 21st. I got a email receipt for my order, without my authority they substituted a bunch of stuff on my order....none of which I wanted. So I immediately called the store and CANCELED the order.Later that night I got a call saying my delivery was on my porch... told him it had been canceled....so please take it back to the store. I thought that was the end of it till I noticed days later the money was debited from my account. It's been 10 days and I'm still out $70. I will never order another thing from Jewel. Terrible customer service.

First visit was not too promising. There were long lines for the only two open registers, including people with full baskets using the express lane. The line to the self-check out area was just as long, and under the surveillance of two supervisor-looking people who mostly stood around, keeping a watchful eye on us as we checked ourselves out. My suggestion: why not open up two additional registers instead? Then everyone would get through faster. My question: what is the value proposition of self-checkout? I'm not paying any less for groceries, I'm not getting through the line any faster.

Reading some of the reviews are just so funny! This is a good Jewel always in order wipes always available. People that work here are super nice! I just dont know what do you expect from a Jewel? Its a grocery store all the goods are baked daily produce department is always neat! Isles are in order and always full ! I am happy to come here!

Years before the COVID-19 pandemic, this Jewel always had free wipes available at both entrances for customers to wipe down the shopping carts prior to using them. This place has always been clean. The employees have always been helpful to me when I can't locate an item. I've been shopping here since 1992 and will continue to shop here.
