First time here bad experience old lady in liquor department register was so rude no type of customer service just from that experience I'll go out way to find another store smh so sad.

I just ran into jewel to get milk. Just milk. Should be in and out of there quickly. So I thought. I went to the express lane cause the regular lanes were very busy. There was a lady checking out in the so called Express lane (15 items or less)with a cart full of stuff. A lot lot more 15. At least 30 or more items. Everyone behind her had a few items and had to wait forever. Can management please tell the cashier's to tell customers they can't use the express lane for big loads like that because it is not fair to us people who come in for a few items.

Since the remodel this store has improved greatly. I liked the easiness of the isles before but it just takes getting isle to. The produce has a bigger variety and they are on top of the freshness.

I have going to this jewel since it opened. And I have a favorite employee. Her name is Maureen. So friendly. Great personality. Super helpful. My daughter and I always look for her. She works in the deli now. So I make it a point to stop by. Hoping to say hello. Thanks Maureen for treating me like a friend....not just a customer. Stay safe. Namaste. Deb

The pharmacy is no good. Don’t leave a voicemail! I called from a providers office and left a voicemail for a new prescription. The following day they told our patient they don’t have any record of it. (Of course not, bc this pharmacy is negligent). Today I called back to speak with someone. I provided all the information. At the end of the call, the girl said “is there anything else”, and I said “yes, your name?” She said “Kate” then she got rude (her tone of voice changed) and she asked me my name. She was supposed to ask my name prior, not as a rebuttal after I asked hers. Clearly she was going to take the rx without knowing who I am at the providers office. I told her they should really check their voicemail system it seems there is a problem with it. Instead of acknowledging the problem/ or addressing it - she just cut me off to say bye. It seems this pharmacy is purposely disregarding voicemails or their voicemail problem. Go somewhere else, let jewel waste their money on bad employees.
