This Pharmacy has an Angel working for them, his name is Jeremy M. Awesome customer service, saved my Mom from paying a ridiculous price for some Eliquis medication, by calling Eliquis and asking what can be done. If he only knew how happy this made my Mom. We had a few rough months, with both of my parents being in the hospital with Covid this year and my Dad passing in June 2021. She couldn't even be at the funeral because she was still in the hospital. This is the kind of person any Pharmacy should have working for them, the kind of person who is there to help people especially in their time of need with medication. THANK YOU AGAIN AND MY MOM THANKS YOU JEREMY AS WELL. I hope he sees this review and that Osco sees as well and gives him a raise or reward !!!! EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE !! :)

the ineptitude of this store, and the company as a whole, is nothing short of amazing. for a company that's trying to show how technologically say they are with their own app that hurts the older population who don't have access to a smart phone to get their deals. yetwhen they change their hours they can't manage to edit the website so it reflects accordingly and then people going there thinking they're open run into rude employees telling them to leave. And when you complain, they don't offer to make it right for the inconvenience caused by their ineptitude. they just give you a half baked "we're sorry and will correct this issue." as someone who worked 11years in grocery retail I can say that translates into a half baked slap on the wrist the the inept employee. can't say I'm surprised though. it is Jewel after all.

Once again... rewards program did not give me my “just for you” savings. Put my phone number in system, asked cashier if it registered, she said “it seemed to”. Well it wasn’t and it didn’t. Absolutely despise the jewel rewards program and the way the registers show, or rather do not show, the “sale pricing” as items scan on register. They say the savings show up at end (after totaling) BEANS! Guess I just have to check my prices on register before I relinquish my place. Cannot be bagging my groceries and checking prices at same time. Need to hold up the line, thoroughly check prices after totaling, THEN calmly pack my purchases.

Never enough cashiers at this place, long a** lines, people driving like assholes in the parking lot. Shopping baskets are never by the door when I go here either. I have to go find one by the cashiers who always look miserable. Produce section could be better too. I try to go to the one on Archer and Mayfield but I live closer to this one.
