At this point, I'm pretty sure the staff steals grocery items out of the curbside pick up orders. I received about 25 out of 75 items in my curbside pick up order. I contacted the store immediately to ask for a receipt which they did not originally provide. Store manager could not even provide me with a copy of my receipt. They refused to try to rectify the situation in anyway, when the store manager got tired of talking to me, he told me he was transfer me to someone else that could help and he transferred me to the deli department. the store, then proceeded to cancel my almost $300 order at 4 AM even though I had picked up a few items that they gave me. Then the store denied ever charging my card even though I have a hardcopy of the charge on my card. Customer service line was of no help. Corporate was of no help. They forwarded me to somebody else who also tried to transfer me to another department so at this point I'm out $300 I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is theft. I do not recommend anyone take the risk of ordering anything from the store, especially if you have children to feed. I would also like to know that I had gone in store to try to track someone down to speak with, and as soon as I entered the store, there was pretty much a brawl going on in the produce department. Extremely ghetto I left the store because it almost felt unsafe with the amount of people that were in there screaming And shoving

Meat department needs more meats like liver cheese more variety more organic fruits choices bulk nuts is good over all not a bad experience

I was given the wrong turkey breast after she asked me 3x. Incompetent cashiers when usually only 2 are open. Employees will run you over in the isles NEVER say excuse me. You need to do better!

No bags at self checkout, they took them away because Jewel values their customers so much that they consider everyone who shops at Jewel a bag thief. Now you have to find an employee and ask for a bag and be watched so they can make sure you don't lie at self checkout about taking a 7 cents bag. Can't wait for Jewel to go out of business , it's time, should be closed anyway due to illegal price gouging.

I typically do my groceries at elsewhere but decided to stop by at Jewel for an item I needed. Lady at the register was Emily, who I believe also works in customer service. I asked her a question, and her response was rude and condensing. I asked for a manager, and the manager (Steve I believe), never came. This is my neighborhood jewel, which I live about one block away from and never had experienced the crappy service I received that day. Not to mention, they only have two registers open with the lines going into the aisles. Overpriced and crappy service.

For the hot food section.. The new recipe for the honey chicken was NOT needed. The breading is too much, very thick and just taste like flower. There is no honey taste to this "honey chicken" at all. The hot ones stayed the same, so should the honey chicken. Should really consider going back to the old recipe it had better color and flavor than the new recipe. Management or whoever is in charge of this should change it back to the original honey chicken that they've had for Years. It tasted and looked wayyy better. Highly disappointed.

Cleanest Jewel I have ever seen. Even though it wasn't crowded quite a few lines were open. Great overall experience.

I'm glad I was able to get the Covid vaccine early on in the game. I got the 2nd vaccine today. I do like this pharmacy becuase they have come through for me 3 times in the past 6 months. I was not charged for the vaccine.
