Pharmacy technician was very rude and uncouth. She repeatedly interrupted and spoke over me. As a patient and a healthcare professional, I expect civility and courtesy. Staff there needs an intensive course in customer service. For now, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Before filling a prescription and/or getting shots here, make ABSOLUTELY sure that they actually have the medications they say they have. In fact, I highly recommend that you call ahead & have them physically check that they have the medication on site (like, actually have the staff lay eyes on them and confirm the medications' physical existence).Made an appointment to get a vaccination here, and once I showed up *then* they checked and said "Well, I guess we don't actually have those here. ?♂️" Too bad, so sad.Ate an extra 1-2 hours of time I don't have on a work day to find another pharmacy and make an another appointment. Fantastic.Edit: And now, they failed to record the immunizations. Seriously. Do I report these unprofessional dinguses to Illinois health? This *CANNOT* be a legal way of running a pharmacy.

Pharmacy is to open at 8:00am and the pharmacist just got here at 8:10am. Third time I have experienced not open in time because of this one employee. Since they are short staffed they keep her.I am going to transfer my prescriptions to a another pharmacy.

Ordered for pickup Wednesday night so I could pick it up after work on Thursday. They did not confirm my order till 2pm, and then substituted my vegetarian ramen for chicken ramen without checking. I had to call the store for them to even start processing my order. What is the point of ordering something almost 24 hours ahead of time if they don’t start packing it until 3 hours before I’m supposed to pick it up? Then substitute with something I cannot eat. Also when I called to check on my order I was placed on hold, then someone picked up the phone and put me on hold again immediately. Unprofessional and disappointing.

I ordered items for pick on July 26. I ordered specific items, not to be substituted. After picking up my items and going home, I noted that the 2 of the items I had ordered were substituted and one of the substitutions were contrary to what I had ordered. I shop at this location often and although this store does not have the best customer service, this was one of the few times I decided to order for pick-up. I drove back to the store and received a refund - after the store employee looked at the order and simply stated "oh you are right". No apologies whatsoever. I am not sure if this is a way of moving inventory by having substitutions of this nature - or was simply a failure to read the instructions for the items purchased. Either way, not good. I doubt that I will use this service again at this location.

I do not know why I am only writing this review now, even if I've been to the store a lot of times. This store deserves the review based on the experience I had with them in the past few months of having my groceries in the store. First of all, they have a wide parking lot, which is so nice and every time I come here, I do not worry about where I should park because their parking has a lot of available spaces even if the store has a lot of customers inside. Second, I do not have a problem with any of their products. Everything I needed is always available, and the selections are always well-stocked. The store is also clean and organized, and everything is really accessible. I like their produce because it is always fresh, as well as their bakery and meats. I do not buy much meat, but whenever I do, it is always fresh and the quality is good. Lastly, the service is great, as are the prices. The staff are nice and friendly, and I do not have a problem with their service. While the prices are always fair and reasonable, I never have any experience of buying a product from them that is way above the normal price.

The service desk is terrible. They are never there and then act as they are doing you a favor as you give them money. They never say thank you. Then if you're at the registers it's even worse. Don't come. Management need to be fired they watch this all happen, but when corporate comes in wow they move quick

Agree with the post about the pharmacy on ALL points made. No consideration for the line while laughing and talking. Register girl super slow and rude. No urgency what so ever. I just had a question and waited in line for a long time only for her to ask me to take my 2 items I had picked all while WAITING to another register because she had a line. What?? Just terrible. Glad I didn't have a medical issue or need prescription.

Apart from the generally disinterested staff and the frequently unstocked shelves, there is zero mask enforcement happening at this store right now. At least three people were roaming the aisles unmasked on this morning's visit, which is a fair percentage of the patronage at 7:15 on a Sunday morning.
