I don’t know why I even bother with Walgreens (proximity is the reason). This pharmacy consistently goes above and beyond to help resolve medication or insurance issues. It reminds of the times before every small pharmacy was bought up by a larger one. Highly recommend.

I wanted to give a "shout out" to Jimmy & "the woman pharmacy manager who is INCREDIBLY kind & empathetic!"As a long term user of a "major pharmacy chain open 24 hours," I thought I was well taken care of...That was until I started seeing more & more advertising about the in-store pharmacy at Jewel-Osco at 424 W Division, Chicago. I started having trouble with "the well-known pharmaceutical retailer," (rhymes with "Tallgreen's"). So I started to slowly move my prescriptions over to the Jewel-Osco pharmacy & have never regretted it! They have this AWESOME program which for each FIVE (5) 'scripts they fill, you receive a 20% off coupon for your groceries up to $200 (excludes alcohol & tobacco). That's a $40 savings! It's AWESOME! Who doesn't love saving as much as $40 on $200 or less of groceries! I'm OBSESSED! They, Jimmy & the female manager, (I can not remember her name at the moment), are SO NICE & always ask how I'm doing. It's genuine! Additionally, if there's a script I just brought in... it's so convenient to be able to shop while you wait! It's so nice to "kill two birds with one stone" by getting your scripts @ quality groceries all in one place/stop! Thanks guys! I highly recommend! *Make sure you pick up your coupon book at the pharmacy. They will give you a sticker for each script filled & a coupon for 20% off groceries (excluding the aforementioned). Super location for getting the vaccine! They accepted walk-ins and had a very friendly staff. It was fast and convenient. Super worth it!

I never write reviews but today is the day. I've shopped at this jewel maybe a few times, I never had any issues, but today was a shock. I was heading to self checkout where the women who was working that area informed me "only 15 items or less". I was completely okay with that and began to make my way to a cashier instead, the women then yanks my cart and says "it's fine you can go over there". I didn't think too much of it, maybe she didn't mean to yank it, I said "cool, thanks" As I'm checking out the screen calls for a cashier code as one of the items didn't scan properly, so as this women is walking over I hear her mutter under her breath "I said 15 items or less" mind you, she was the one who sent me there and said it was fine to begin with. I Ignored the comment, she was clearly having a day. So she proceeded to punch in her code and walked away... I politely thanked her and she then mutters "yea, your welcome... b***** she obviously didn't think I was going to hear the "****** part but I did. Now let me say I fought the urge to turn around and argue with this women who is clearly miserable and hates her job. Why bother though? I laughed it off and simply called in a complaint with the manager who was genuinely nice and apologetic. However, people like this really need to re-evaluate themselves and their lives. To have that much of a bad attitude when you're literally just STANDING around DIRECTING shoppers when there are people out there risking their lives for a living... Disgusting. Either way I won't be returning to the jewel, I rather pay the extra price for extra class.

Shop here only for goods packaged outside of store and realize this place is a bit covid risky Store workers handling food routinely have nose exposed--bakery and deli Fish and meat people always masked Sushi person always masked I have spoken with customer service and manager in store multiple times and left a message at corporate

They're frequently out of many basic things. The customer service is fine, and the place is generally clean. Parking is convenient and they've made some accommodations during COVID. They don't let you use reusable bags during this time, but charge you for plastic bags anyway. My biggest complaints are consistently about the spotty inventory.

I will not be shopping at this jewel location ever again. Two weeks in a row I have witnessed multiple employees not wearing masks. Today I also saw multiple customers shopping inside without masks on. I do not want anyone breathing on my food as they ring it up, and I especially don't want to be inside where other people have been breathing unprotected by a mask for several hours. I don't know why management is okay with this. They clearly have no concern for the health and safety of their customers and their employees who are wearing masks. This is dangerous.

I went to this location and would definitely go back. I was disappointed to discover a discrepancy on my receipt from 5/4/2020 that I inquired about through the Jewel website but never heard from anyone.

Poorly managed and maintained with limited selection on fresh food and produce. Honestly the worst grocery store I've been to. The check out process is incredibly slow and the staff shows no urgency. Would not recommend.

I don't usually write reviews but when I do, I really have something to say. This Jewel location is probably the worst of all. I went to grab a quick coffee and the manager( Taisha ) was just walking around with her boyfriend looking at me but did not offer help or be polite - like you know, how most nice human being treats one another. She then finally stopped at the register and looked for her phone and said "what do you want?" Ummm, since she wasn't looking at me I wasn't sure if she even talking to me so I laughed and asked if she was talking to me to confirm. Funny enough she gave me this bad attitude look and just walked away.... at this point I was laughing even harder and thinking 'what in the world have l ever done to her??' Anyway, apparently this is a normal expected treatment from Taisha. I went to talk to Chris the other manager and told him that I was given some weird attitude from Taisha. He instead of taking care of the situation, I got an interrogation treatment from him. Anyway, I don't really care here but people shouldn't have to deal with this kind of bullsh*t.

Awful! Don't use their online delivery service! Multiple items missing and customer service does nothing to rectify except give a credit for another delivery. HA! Like I'd use them again. Absolutely nothing time saving about this service. You've been warned.
