On tonight 11-6 (7:05-7:40)this employee (unsure) of his name seemed to be playing a game of hide and go seek with his freidns or something but as I was leaving the self check out my dad got in front of me and he almost tripped my dad by getting onfront of him (almost like when someone is tying your shoes, someone is behind you and someone infant of you pushes you ) but as my dad kept walking forward and trying to evade him he kept kneeling and getting in his way when I yelled "SIR! SIR!WHAT ARE YOU DOING? WHAT ARE YOU DOING ? YOU ALMOST TRIPPED MY DAD! YOU KEEP GETTING IN HIS WAY" He just looked at me laughed and said my"oh my fault" and then had the audacity to get mad when I kept looking at him. Tell me why later he's just hugging a female cart attendant in the front and playing games with her. Dude my dad is 65 wth jewel? How is this encouraged?

Pharmacy workers don’t answer the phone and their voicemail system can’t take messages. If you need to contact them, the only way to do so by phone is to call the Jewel Osco customer service desk and ask them to walk over to the pharmacy to tell someone they’re going to transfer you so they’ll actually pick up the call. Because of being unable to reach the pharmacy for several days, I couldn’t refill a prescription before going out of town. The pharmacist said my only option was to transfer the prescription to a pharmacy in the state I was visiting and pick it up there. I tried to do that, but the new pharmacy couldn’t get ahold of anyone to complete the transfer because no one at this pharmacy would pick up the phone or return their calls. I spent tons of time on my vacation calling pharmacies and ended up running out of medication and having to just pick up the refill here on the day I got back. On top of it all, the pharmacist at this Jewel was extremely rude and consistently acted like this whole situation was my fault, when all I did was what he told me to do.

Pharmacist Nimmy and technician izma are very friendly, and fast working. They transferred my uncles insulin on time which was an issue for other pharmacies.

The vaccine area could use a hat/coat rack. The 10% off coupons they gave me expire in 3 days. They really need to get the next year coupons in a few months ahead of time. They got me in and out really quickly for my flu and COVID vaccines. Friendly, competent staff. Management just needs to support them better.

This pharmacy is probably the worst I've ever gone to. The only reason I have one Rx sent here is because I can get it for a a fraction of the price... they never answer the phone here. I've been hung up on when attempting to speak to a pharmacist as well when they do actually answer.

This pharmacy consistently puts my prescriptions “on file” when received, meaning they have no intention to fill it. If a prescription I need is on back order, they do not contact me to let me know and I’m just kept waiting. They do not take their jobs seriously & they do not put the patients first. Whoever is receiving the prescription requests here needs to be investigated for not doing their job. Waiting over a week for a medication refill is life-threatening, and despite being told this, staff at this location NEVER apologize and do not treat me with any respect or care. I cannot stress enough, these are LIFE SAVING medications and there is no reason why they should not be filled once cleared through insurance. I do not have this issue with any other pharmacy, not even other Jewel-Osco’s. I recommend instead going to the Osco on Clark St or Chicago Health Mart on Devon.

My only problem with this store is that they don't regularly clean the deli slicers. I continually get specs or remnants of others meat orders on mine. I get specs of beef on my turkey, I get slices of red meat on cheese. They no longer use separate machines for meat and cheese, they also don't clean machines regularly.

Can be a little slow sometimes as they seem to have minimal staff but they have always had medications in stock that even CVS or Walgreens is out of.

Ola is an amazing Pharmacist, and this is a wonderful pharmacy and has an amazing team, they always take their time to listen and talk instead of rushing you to speak or pretend to listen while looking at the computer, this is important, and very hard to train nowadays, Ola is such a kind soul, the fact that she went to another store to get my moms medication only shows that level of care she offers, and the spirit of the team at this local pharmacy, and i am talking about her leaving her store, driving to another store and getting the medication and coming back to her store to hand it over, its a pleasure to use this pharmacy and deal with the amazing pharmacist Ola.

I’m happy to transfer all my file to this pharmacy. Ola the pharmacist did a great job she got everything ready same day including one that wasn’t in stock. She was very calm and kind and professional. I even got my booster without waiting. She solved all my problems that day with a big smile. I was frustrated from the other pharmacy I’m so glad I found this pharmacy. The technician Natt was very nice she read the questions for me because I forgot my glasses. They were also busy but took good care of me not like the other pharmacy. I haven’t used Osco in ages From now on I’ll do my shopping and get my prescriptions from there

Ola, the pharmacist is rude and extremely controlling. She refused to accept a perfectly valid prescription, phoned my Dr and was very, very rude to her and the clinical staff. She kept questioning the script, to the Dr, the Dr's supervisor and myself. It took 2 whole days for her to let loose of the drugs, running me back and forth several times! In the end, she forced me to accept another script, which was not needed. She's a nightmare! My poor Dr was so relieved when I. Switched pharmacies.
