Slow, unfriendly and the associates have no knowledge of their department. Supervisors seem inept and unwilling to coach their team on what good customer service looks like.

Very rude female pharmacist at this location with very long wait times to speak with anyone. I 'm thinking about transferring to Marianos.

Like other posters I have had trouble filling my prescriptions here. While Walgreens can do it very quickly, this Jewel frequently doesn't have my medication in stock, forcing me to have to get a three-day emergency prescription and cross my finders the meds come in on time. Not great.

Very rude pharmacist. Would not give me a chance to talk even after I asked her multiple times if I can please finish what I’m trying to say. They submitted medicine for claims to my insurance multiple times knowing the medication is out of stock and now I can’t fill it anywhere else because my insurance says it’s already been filled this month. Will cause hours on the phone with insurance to get fixed. I’m going to switch to another pharmacy that knows what patient service means.

I got my flu vaccine here and it went well! The pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist I met were all friendly. They transferred my prescription and were prompt.

My meds had been out of stock every where for about two months. I transferred my Rx here and they were able to fill it the next day. There was no line and fast check out process. I'm grateful to be back on track and feeling better. Thank you.

This place is a nightmare. I have trouble filling my prescription every time I go. Yesterday they were closed 30 min earlier than the time listed here. Today they had called one of my prescriptions to another jewel and was told “I don’t know what to tell you” by the pharmacist. It’s literally always something.

This is for order/delivery. While specific items may be out of stock, this does not seem to happen with any more frequency than at other stores. For some high end items, one still needs to go to Whole Foods, but for regular grocery orders/delivery, this has been the best experience I've had. The shoppers/delivery people pay attention to any notes, in my experience they do not make strange substitutions. (Whole Foods has taken the note option away). Same day delivery times are readily available. We live up one flight of stairs and are elderly, so having groceries brought to the door is very important to us. We've never experienced the slightest grumble about this - rather drivers have often said they're glad to help. And unlike other stores (I'm talking about you Whole Foods), drivers have never just dashed into the building and left the bags downstairs in the entryway. PLEASE NEVER GO BACK TO INSTACART. You have a great service. Your web-site seems to get regular tweeks making it easier to use each time.

I don't live near the market, but have confirmed that they got the order I put in through the app. The order wasn't completed--the item that triggered the entire thing--that I can't carry on my own--wasn't delivered, although it was paid for and included on my receipt. Sure that happens--you know what else happens? InstaCart makes good. These guys tell you the minimum order is $25, so no redelivery. IF IT MATTERS to you that an order is complete, don't use the Jewel-Osco app. Or make sure that this store isn't involved--they're not up to it. UPDATE: Dawn, I contacted your chat. Got the same unsatisfactory answer--with the addition of this being reported so that perhaps it won't happen to anyone else. Not a resolution for me, unless I want to spend an additional $25, so my review stands as a warning to others.

Our kid was craving some cupcakes. I know how to bake and know the ingredients of jt so I grabbed my keys and drove to this location. It was a hassle to park my car since there is no available space , so I just parked in front of another store. Then I walk for about 10 minutes before I enter this grocery store. There are a lot of customers inside. I can also see that they have a long line at the counter. I will back out but I have no choice since my kids will be waiting for me and craving for my baked cupcakes. I just grab a basket and purchase the products that I need. I finished purchasing it in about 15 minutes. I'm in the third line at the counter and spend another 15 minutes waiting.

They have a huge space for parking. You can park your car easily and freely. When I enter I can see a huge space with a variety of sections. They have a great section. But I can see that some inventory was empty and not organized. I grab a basket near the counter. U went to the section of noodles since I'm craving some Korean noodles after I watch Korean dramas. I hope they have it in their selection. Luckily they have it so I grab 2 spicy noodles and one original noodles. I also bought a mochi which I find very smooth, delicious and yummy. It's good if you dip it with Nutella so I bought one of them in the fillings section. I've done everything I need so I went to the counter and paid for it. I will eat it while I'm watching Korean dramas.
