The cashiers are rude, service is terrible. Im in my 20’s around the same age as them my last job was a cashier for 3 years and not even I was this rude to customers. I understand when people would give me a hard time but that wasn’t this case. My mom would nicely ask a question and she would just nod, then when she gave her an item that she changed her mind on she threw it to the side. Your whole job is customer service,If you don’t like your job then quit, simple as that. The cashiers name is Alexis L.

I called this morning at 9am and this ignorant uneducated supposedly pharmacy tech would answer the phone put me on hold without even saying hello can you hold on and then leave me on hold over 5 minutes then it hangs up on me so I called back and she did again I think she’s made at her job because she wasn’t smart enough to become a nurse.i will put her name up when I get it today

At this point, I'm pretty sure the staff steals grocery items out of the curbside pick up orders. I received about 25 out of 75 items in my curbside pick up order. I contacted the store immediately to ask for a receipt which they did not originally provide. Store manager could not even provide me with a copy of my receipt. They refused to try to rectify the situation in anyway, when the store manager got tired of talking to me, he told me he was transfer me to someone else that could help and he transferred me to the deli department. the store, then proceeded to cancel my almost $300 order at 4 AM even though I had picked up a few items that they gave me. Then the store denied ever charging my card even though I have a hardcopy of the charge on my card. Customer service line was of no help. Corporate was of no help. They forwarded me to somebody else who also tried to transfer me to another department so at this point I'm out $300 I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is theft. I do not recommend anyone take the risk of ordering anything from the store, especially if you have children to feed. I would also like to know that I had gone in store to try to track someone down to speak with, and as soon as I entered the store, there was pretty much a brawl going on in the produce department. Extremely ghetto I left the store because it almost felt unsafe with the amount of people that were in there screaming And shoving

My mother places delivery orders. Most of time they miss something or are out. This last time they missed $50 worth of groceries. It took 3 weeks to get a refund. That is totally ridiculous. Do better Jewel!

I love this store , I have been going there for over 20years.Mostly the services there have beautiful personality, they always say hello and have time to talk to you. I have been know most of the services there for a very long time. I love shopping there. I have been to lost of other Jewels food store. I always come back here. They have what I m look for. And I. Love their personalities.

I came here to pick up food for a birthday at my job. But the service was awful. They were all rude and had a very nasty attitude. If ppl didn't like what they are doing then don't work there. As a retail worker of 17yrs. I know how it can be at times when it comes to customers but that nasty and rudeness makes your job a whole lot harder and it affects the customers as well. All 5 of the associates were beyond rude to customers. Someone needs to get them retrained or have a better understanding on how to deal with customers.

I’ve been going here for YEARS. And there are the usually employees working in the self check out. I was in grabbing some things and as I was about to self check out a customer who didn’t know how to use the check out approach me to see if I can help her scan a product because the employee did not want to help her . The employee was an African American female drinking her bottle water sitting there .If you’re not gonna help your seniors or a customer why are you even there and why does another customer have to help. Very disappointing and no customer service what’s so ever Some of these reviews are correct when they say some of these employees are just lazy .

If you need to buy in bulk, Jewel will order by the case , sauces , soups Etc. Wonderful extended Floral department for Mother's Day, don't forget! Reasonable prices too.

In regards to the security team. I feel extra safe and protect getting followed around the whole store. Every time I go, I see ya faces I know who ya are. Come see say something to me instead of acting like creeps. Oh and I know ya have facial recognition system. I always go in there I never stole a thing. But pls I like the attention and the extra stares. Don’t bother me. I confronted the security guy and the cashier because I saw ya looking at side ways and double checking if I payed for everything. Next time please stop and say hi. Staring is rude! Catch me outside

This Jewel is always clean and well stocked with all that I need. The employees, although busy and professionally doing their jobs, could be a little more friendly and appreciative of it's shoppers.
