Clean and organized store with self-checkout and a few actual cashier's on hand. Granted, the (female) clerk at customer service could use some retraining on customer service courtesy and professionalism.

Kayla filled my order for pick up this morning. Even with the multiple substitution she was professional, kind and very helpful. So much so I had to call the store and to let one of the managers know. Thanks for listening to a good report Eric.

It seems like after the Jewel looting of 2020 the company is punishing the black communities because every time I go to a neighborhood store they never have full shelves anymore. The market never has enough meat for the customers. Management and employees doesn't care anymore. What ever happened to the Jewels in the 80s and 90s that took pride in their customers.

The older crowd provided great customer service, won't speak on the younger employees as I only interacted with a few.

My experience was favorable. Of course, prices are very high; but, overall I was able to find all the items I was looking for. Store need to be more neat and clean. Employees I came in contact with, were very helpful, courteous, and respectful.

I placed and online order and the door dash driver had the incorrect orderI refused the order. Jewels marked it down as undelivered because I wasn't home. A representative called the store to have it rescheduled he told me that they store kept transferring him to different departments then they hung up in him. He processed a refund for my order instead. Don't place orders with this location .
