We always do online curbside pick up which is super convenient and a service we appreciate. But we are usually missing a few items. On our most recent order, the worker who brought out our groceries was very nice but slammed my trunk very hard and broke the latch. Had to tie it shut with a phone charger to get home.Luckily we were able to fix it with a screwdriver. But please be more careful with other people’s cars.

Would not recommend online ordering. The produce was all spoiled and multiple items were missing from my order. Terrible all around value for a “premium” service.

I will never shop there again and I shopped there weekly but I’m tired of having expired items.I had bought a ham and scalloped potatoes and I went to read the cooking time for the potatoes and they had expired 2 days ago.Every time I shop I have to check the dates and I shouldn’t have to do that I’m not an employee. Also their meat always looks grey in color. In the last couple of years I’ve had about 12 expired items and I’m sick and tired of management not doing anything about it.

Decent grocery store at a busy location on the western side of Roscoe Village. If you're a regular, the stock and variety are very good. But if you're unfamiliar with the store, it can be exceedingly hard to find many items as the aisles are so long and poorly signed. Parking is good, and the nearby traffic lights make for easy access.

We visit this location at least once a week and have been really happy with the store (besides seemingly always being out of Lucerne half and half??)Mostly came here to say that Doris is the BEST for drive up. She does such a great job shopping for my order and the substitutions are always great. I love my jewel coupons and she always picks substitutions that are a comparable price point, the produce is always in great shape, and my full order bagged well. I used to get so frustrated with shopping services not meeting my expectations and Doris has been exceptional in my year plus doing drive up here!

Worst service ever! I went into the store this morning to purchase ant spray. When I walked in, a guy by the self-checkout counter told me it was in aisle 9. Went to aisle 9 and did not see it. I then walked up to another employee who was gossiping with a co-worker, and they just looked at me and kept talking. I said, excuse me... I need help locating the ant spray. The older lady replied and said aisle 10. I went to aisle 10 and no ant spray. I then went up to another employee who was talking to his co-worker, and they completely ignored me as I walked up. They looked at me and continued their conversation. Finally, I got irritated and interrupted them and asked where is the ant spray? The guy said aisle 8 and once again no ant spray. At this point, I am livid! NO SERVICE OR HELP WHATSOEVER! Everyone was too busy gossiping and chit chatting with one another. Finally, I went up to the pharmacy counter and exploded about the lack of service I am experiencing. The guy at the pharmacy came out of his counter and helped me locate where the ant spray was. I appreciated him doing so but the question is why are not all employees doing the same? When I got to work, I decided to call to speak with the store manager. To my surprise, the store manager I spoke with was the last employee who ignored me as I walked up. His name, I believe, was Cody. As I was talking to him… he said he remembered me, and he was busy talking with a customer. I told him, no you weren’t. You were not talking with a customer; you were talking to your employee about her work hours. He was stunned because I caught him in a lie. His response was, of yeah… I apologize. Moral of the story… Managers have to lead by example. If your manager provides horrible service, so will your employees.

Living a block and a half away from this location makes shopping quick and convenient. Items are very well priced compared to other grocery stores within the area.
