I think maybe the worst Jewel location in the city. It's quit apparent that it's poorly managed and I've never seen such subpar customer service in my life. Go to a different location or better yet, just go to Marianos or Trader Joes

Really like their driveup service but sometimes they dont put the stuff right that I have had a few spills, nothing major but this last visit, was a whole bag spilled!Other than that, their products are culturally diverse which i appreciate because other places dont have these certain products.

Could be a little easier to enter and exit because there is only one way in on far right of property but there is free parking, plenty to choose from in groceries and other items , prices were comparable and friendly customer service

I honestly don’t know where to begin!Not only have I dealt with horrible customer service numerous of times but I’ve also experienced racial discrimination and harassment at this particular location! (Continuously!) Dealing with being followed from the moment I walk through the doors to the moment I walk out! I remember making a comment to an employee who kept following me LITERALLY from aisle to aisle. (Are you serious? Do you think I'm stealing?) Imagine yourself in my shoes, trying to peacefully shop and having to deal with the hassle of being harassed and racially profiled. Today an incident involving an employee in the meat department occurred and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. (Let me just say this, I have a video recording of this young lady admitting to throwing meat at me!YES! AN EMPLOYEE!)I approached a manager to share my concerns about what has just happened! He was dismissive and stared at me like I was just nagging (it was obvious that he didn’t care)The lack of professionalism at this store is disappointing and UNACCEPTABLE! To be treated like a pheasant or anything less than a human is distasteful and cruel! I am posting this review in hopes to bring AWARENESS to management, corporate and the owners of this company! Your support and help is needed! This CANNOT continue to happen without anyone being held accountable for their unprofessional behavior. Essentially, the 3 important qualities of customer service center around three “p”s: professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude! NOT, discrimination, disrespect and aggression towards customers!!!

About 99.8% of the time I never have an issue with the workers or the store in general. The self check out attendant I had today (although very brief interaction) was pleasant and didn't have an attitude at all, even though she was busy she helped me with a manual pricing very quickly
