This man Chan or whatever his name is who claims to be the manager is rude and just has bad energy all around. This is not the first time. It’s every time ai come to this place and it’s only him. I try my best not to come when he’s here and sometimes if I come and he’s at the jiffy live I leave. I love everyone else, Augusto the mechanic and Glen are great. Everyone else is so nice so I think I will leave 2 reviews this one is just for him. I will just share the onset of the experience I’m having right now. I pull up knowing I want to see the mechanic and that when I come see the mechanic they always put me in a different line for that. So I pull up he approaches and tries direct me in just any line. I say wait I want to see the mechanic and he says “ you still have to wait in line move here” As if I don’t know I have to get in a line. Just rude and I just got here.

Xavier has great customer service i ran into a red pole in the back where you come in at I was historical Xavier told me hold on I got you he took the paint off my car I don’t what he used and I didn’t ask him I was willing to pay him a tip for a job well done he did that’s ok just keep coming back to jiffy lube thanks xavier don’t get me wrong everybody that was there was nice about the situation they had great customer service as well Xavier went over and beyond tho

Great service. I might have shown up at the perfect time, but I literally only waited 10-15 minutes and my oil change was done! The staff was very friendly and efficient.

Be careful here, they forcefully try to make high to pick you'll for expensive ones. They didn't expose there prices here. The workers here are very rude with customers.
