Unfortunately they didn’t patch my tire the correct way. It was not DTO regulated work, and my flat tire began to leak, AGAIN.
I have a small SUV, yet the patch job they did is what you’d do on a tractor.
Because if this error, I’m now out even more money to replace the tire all together!!
So disappointing and frustrating.

AVOID unless you like rolling the dice. We’ve been coming here for years due to the convenient location but have experienced attempted upselling and other minor issues which we have largely ignored. This week, we brought our car in for a coolant flush and spark plugs replacement after these items were flagged in larger inspection performed by our dealership. Thinking it would be more cost and time effective for Jiffy to complete, we came here. When I pulled up to the bay, I told the attendant what services I needed. She immediately questioned whether these were services the car actually needed. We keep track of our car’s maintenance service and know exactly what is needed versus a person who has never even looked at the car. Next, I was quoted 40 mins for the services and then 2 hours. Since I was dropping the car off during my lunch break, I told them that timing was fine given I planned to leave and pick it up after around 5pm. The same woman then called me twice before 4pm to let me know the care was ready and confirm I would still pick up it up before close which was 5:45pm.
When my spouse and I arrived to pick up the car it would not start. Someone there had left the lights on. Then, the manager, who I should note was professional, didn’t know where the battery was located for the jump that was needed. He wanted to check the trunk despite me telling him only a small ignition battery is housed there. Most mechanics in 2025 know the battery in standard Prius is close to the ICE engine under the hood. Because the car was dead, I climbed in the trunk through the backseat to try to open it since he wanted to check there. The manager then brought over another mechanic who was able to jump the battery. While this was occurring an overweight black man and younger white guy decided to make comments about my appearance when they thought we were out of earshot. This shop lacks attention to detail (which can be dangerous) and professionalism. There are much better places to take your vehicle if you value quality and customer service.

TERRIBLE PLACE DON'T GO.
They put the wrong oil in my car and it came out emitting too much smoke, then it started to vibrate and now it goes out.
I have never had problems with my car.
DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE, IT'S A GARBAGE OF A PLACE

They damaged my car, failed to perform the services properly, took an item from my car without returning it, and refused to even so much as offer a refund.
I had the misfortune of taking my vehicle into this location on June 17 last year. They screwed up every part of the process, stole from me, and damaged my vehicle.
So first, Jiffy Lube takes out your cabin filter to show it to you and try to get you to buy a new one. The cabin filter was not dirty so I opted not to replace it. THEY DID NOT PUT IT BACK IN MY CAR. Now this is an honest mistake I could have been understanding of if it's a one off, but keep reading.
The person also did not install the oil filter properly by failing to screw it down all the way causing a slow oil leak out the bottom. However, I didn't notice because they also installed the skid plate incorrectly having put some of the pins back in wrong, and then when it wouldn't go in properly, they apparently put the screws in at the wrong angle and forced them in, which threaded the screws and warped the skid plate. Apparently this caused most of the oil to collect under the car and it only slow dripped off meaning I didn't notice since in the city you may not realize oil is coming from your specific car the way you would in a driveway.
When I took my vehicle in for the next servicing to a non Jiffy Lube location, they opened the glove box right in front of me and we discovered together the missing cabin filter. While this may have been an honest mistake, it does mean I spent 6 months driving around with no cabin filter, breathing the engine air without knowing.
Shortly after the tech went under my car, they called me to show me the damage to the underside of my car caused by Jiffy Lube. At this point I was of course upset, so I filed a complaint with Jiffy Lube corporate.
They put me in touch with the franchise owner, Adam F, who proceeded to send me a note about how apparently because I didn't discover that they damaged my car and took my cabin filter from it within 3 months, they are no longer liable and wouldn't even offer a refund for their terrible service. (This is not true by the way, as confirmed by the people who are helping me dispute this legally now that it's come to that).
This was the most insane customer service response I've ever received in my life. They failed to do their service properly, took my cabin filter out of my car without replacing it (which is theft), and damaged my car. I wasn't even asking them to cover the cost of damages to the skid plate or the new air filter, I just didn't think I should be required to pay for such horrible service.
Well, I now know why that technician is so incompetent. With a franchise owner who cares so little about their brand, reputation, quality of work, and customers as Adam, it's no wonder he can't find anyone competent to work for him.
But it gets worse. I went back to their corporate office and they refused to make it right, saying all Jiffy Lube locations are owned by a franchise owner, and they don't care enough about their logo and brand to take ownership of the bad ones.
I was in the process of filling out the court charges to take them to small claims court, but actually a kind friend informed me that my credit card company might actually be able to handle the legal dispute on my behalf. I called them, showed them the evidence, and they agreed to help me dispute the charge and deal with the legal side of Jiffy Lube themselves, which is the one silver lining of this story.
DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about you, your vehicle, the quality of their work, and apparently $229.20 is so important to them that they will lose a customer for life and turn it into a legal battle.
All I wanted was an apology and a refund. No business worth anything would t

They failed to replace my battery as requested. Probably shouldn't have given me a link to leave a google review after I complained, eh?

Didn't tighten my oil cap gasket correctly.
I've spent two days cleaning underneath the hood of my car even though they told me they 'cleaned' it.
Nothing but fumes coming through my vents for days.
I'll never go to another Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed ever again.

On March 12, 2024 my car was serviced for an oil change at this location. A few days later I get a small scratch on my car in a small dent on my passenger Front side by the wheel. About a month and a week later in my car went to service to have The paint job and the tiny dent out of my car. For the paint shop and the dent being taken out it took about one week. When I got my car back on April 29 and even 24 hours later. My oil light went on in my engine light certificating. I was on 55 north going onto Lakeshore Drive. My car completely stopped on Balboa Drive and Lakeshore. I immediately called the place where my car was serviced at for the paint job. Their findings was that all the oil had leaked out because the oil plug was out completely. By further inspection, they found the oil plug. I Immediately try to get a hold of somebody at this location on Ashland. It took me over a week to get a hold of Adam the service manager he had informed me this location was being remodeled. I told him about the situation and where the car was located at that point. It was exactly one month and two weeks since my car was serviced from them. I’m a rideshare driver and I put lots of miles on my car plus I get a right discount from Lyft, the manager inform me that he didn’t look at the car because I was 1000 miles over the warranty. Even though it was exactly one Month and two weeks since my car was serviced. Jiffy Lube is not taking responsibility over this. I did have a second opinion done. And all came down to that. They did not put the oil plug correctly. I’ve been trying to deal with you live for almost 3 months. And they are not taking responsibility for almost $10,000 with the damage of my car. I purchased my car back in November and I will only have my car working conditions for over five months. I’ve been paying a car note insurance on a car that you not have plus renting a car which is costing me $350 a week. I will never go to Jiffy Lube ever again. I have two lawyers I am in contact with right now to help me manage this case, but I will never go to this location or beware! During this process, I never spoke to anybody in corporate. I’ve been getting the ring around. But one month in two weeks, they should be held responsible! I’m a single mother who just got out of domestic violence relationship and I was so happy to be on my own and this is cost Financially, emotional stress!
This company is still not taking responsibility of the damage that they have done to my car. I have just sent to the one that’s given to the response. It has been over three months. I just sent a second one out. I’m sending all the information to the better business!
Adam, the manager at this location is completely lying about the events that took place. First it took me a few days to get a hold of Adam because at that location they were renovating. Second, I was very transparent with everything with Adam about what was going on with my car. He informed me that make a model. My car had issues with the oil.
When I purchase my car, I have an extended warranty on my engine. The dealership will not cover it because of the oil plug was not put incorrectly by Jiffy Lube. When I informed Adam about this, he said because I was over the mileage and that’s all he looked at that. They are not taking responsibility. He’s not being transparent and he is the one who’s lying About other events. Collision my car was a small tiny scrapes and a small paint job had nothing to do with the engine. When I picked up my car, there was no oil leakage. I did not have my car for 24 hours. There is no oil on the ground. But I was told by the dealership I probably from driving my car for a few hours probably from the bumps loosened it up what dropped the oil out because the oil plug wasn’t incorrectly.
After having my car looked at two places they’ve said the same thing. It was the oil plug not putting correctly. At this point, I have filed report with attorney General’s office and also at this point I have never gotten the e

I was waiting in line next up for an oil change. They made we switch lanes for another car. Told me it would be 10-15 min. 30 min later I was still waiting and the car behind me was in the lane I was previously in and got serviced before me.

Stopped in for an oil change at a time that did not appear to be busy at all. Waited 15-20 minutes in the parking lot while no one greeted me or offered to help. Promptly left after a car that arrived after me was given service while I was still waiting.
