This is an exceptional Jiffy. Been to many through the years but they go out of their way to be helpful, aggressive and to the point. They give you the options and let you choose. Great crew of younger men and exceptional manager whose name I won’t name on this forum. Highly recommend this branch.

I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. All my questions were answered in a way that I could understand. I would definitely take my car there again.

These guys are always courteous, polite, and professional. I have never seen any of them being angry, mad, or upset. You have one of the greatest teams on 103rd and Kedzie. Keep up the good work Jiffy Lube Corporation!!!!

Very fast and helpful! I visited this Jiffy Lube for an oil change while in a rush on my way to work. They told me they could get me in and out in 15 minutes and they did! Calleb and Ray gave me great advice on fixing issues with my vehicle and the rest of the guys were also fantastic! 10/10 experience, will be sending people your way.
