Abdi (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) is a poly lingual sweetheart. Kindest person I've ever met at a Jiffy Lube. Explains every thing super clearly and is just a delight.

Increasing the stars on my previous review, (see below). The manager at the Pratt/Western location was very gracious in trying to fix my problem, however, the miscommunication was that I needed a compressor replaced not a condenser. Me nor the tech person caught that in our verbal exchange. I suspect the third times a charm.
Previous review: Have the tech repeat back to you what you need, don't assume they understand. I paid for a service that didn't fix my problem. That moeny could have gone towards paying for what the actual problem was.

Top notch service and staff at Jiffy Lube! I’m not sure what it is, but they made the dull task of getting an oil change enjoyable and painless. I was greeted with smiles and fast/ hospitable service before walking in their door. The service was quick, but their hospitality took the experience to the next level.

I recently had my brake pads and CV axle replaced by Louis. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable. He explained everything in simple terms, gave me a fair quote, and got the job done efficiently.
What impressed me most was his attention to detail and the care he took in doing the job right. My car now drives smoothly and feels safer than ever. Louis even took the time to double-check everything and made sure I was satisfied before wrapping up.

Had a great experience here! Abdi helped me and he was professional, quick, and super helpful. I came in for an oil change and they had me in and out in no time. They also checked my fluids, tire pressure, and gave me a few helpful tips without pushing any unnecessary services. It’s nice to go somewhere that feels honest and efficient. Definitely coming back for my next service!
