This store is honestly mis-managed, and seems to be going downhill. At my most recent visit, most of the shelves were empty or picked over with little to no restock. The website said the times I needed were in stock at this location, but there were none to be found. There also were piles of product in the aisles, and there were no staff to be found to assist with finding items or to ask questions. I ended up leaving without the items I wanted, and I will have to shop on Amazon instead. Disappointed to say the least!

Two awful experiences, and now I’m writing a review. Same as the other reviewers. Item said there were 6, none were there. Asked someone who worked there who was so unbelievably rude, and told me to buy and ship online when I asked I it would be stocked from the back on a certain day, while scoffing at me. I get it she hates working there and it’s clearly an awful situation, but it’s not the fault of a customer to ask how to best source an item. I will never bother coming to this store again. Awful.

Do not come here. This used to be my go to craft store but it’s now totally disorganized and there’s nothing in stock. I’ve gone with a list of 10-15 common craft items I was looking to buy and they didn’t have a single item I’m looking for in stock. Basic things like not have a single pair of knitting needles in the entire store. New shipments are in boxes unpacked in the aisles.

I have been going to this joann for nearly 2 years, and it’s been downhill the last 6 months. I never leave reviews and want this store to be better.
Most shelves are empty or disheveled, chronically severely understaffed. I mainly shop for yarn and week after week after week it sits in the back, visible, but in boxes not put in shelves. For the past 2 months. I have been paying attention and it simply does not get stocked. Try to order online for pickup? Nope. My order was simply not filled when I showed up because it “wasn’t in stock” yet it showed as having plenty in stock online.

The people who created and maintain online store for Joann Should be fired. They have no idea what they doing, how many items they have on stock, how much do they charge for it. I ordered items online then a part of my online order was canceled and then different price was applied to the order what was already placed before canceling. I like the store, but do not order anything online from Joann unless you want to have a big headache.

I never leave bad reviews but this store is a complete and total mess. For months I have been coming and it always looks the same. Empty shelves and stuff just thrown around. Not sure if they are short staffed but it is a terrible shopping experience. Lots of potential here as it’s a nice sized store. Hope they get the help they need to turn it around. In the meantime, Michaels just up the street has a better shopping experience.
