I was completely overcharged for my alterations. The total was close to $100. She charged me $30 to hem a pair of jeans and it wasn’t even the original hem. The second pair of pants were taken in. She originally quoted me $40 but then charged $60. Overall I’m really disappointed in humanity and obviously won’t be returning to be ripped off again. If I could give 0 stars I would because that seems more accurate.

Joanna is a super sweet lady and a consummate professional seamstress! I have used her services multiple times - she tailored my son's slacks, created new covers for many pillows, and just recently I engaged her services to mend some curtains. Joanna consistently does beautiful detailed work, on time and for a fair price. She is an amazing seamstress and I strongly recommend her!
