Worst operation ever. I ordered online around 5:30pm and request pick up at 7:15pm, and I know they are slow, so I come at 7:30, but NOT REARDY, and they said another 15 mins. Then I came back actually after 25mins, which they are about to close. And they said IT’s NOT READY YET! And need another 15mins! Are you kidding me? And there is literally no customer there.The server did offer FREE sweets, BUT if you are in rush or need something on time. DO NOT COME.

This is going to seem odd. I’m giving 5 stars across the board. It took about an hour to get my order. The food was great, and there were mistakes. But the staff, doing the best they can with the resources they have. If anything I would advertise it as an experience, for an hour you can socialize while everyone waits for food together and drink all the soda you want while you wait.

I work for Uber I was at this restaurant & Jollibee is terrible on service it is so chaotic we need better staffing & workers who give out the orders and listen trying to receive order is being ignored it's ridiculous I was so irritated I end up opping out of the order not great service for a delivery ?? it's ridiculous ..... What can I say the same on customer side terrible also ? & a waste of my service time ?

staff needs to be completely changed, feels like a ghetto restaurant without the good food. Always out of food, and get upset when you ask for food.

Probably the worst experience we’ve had at a Jollibee. The previous reviews are pretty spot on.Cashier was rude to a customer in front of us and didn’t sound helpful when she asked questions. Receipts were unable to be printed for anyone so they just called out names.Unfortunately they were out of Ube pies. Ordered takeout: 2-piece Chickenjoy with rice and 2 chicken sandwiches—1 deluxe and 1 Aloha. We were told while waiting that they were out of bacon for the Aloha chicken sandwich so we essentially paid $2 more dollars for a slice of pineapple. Wait wasn’t too bad though.When we got home we noticed there wasn’t any gravy for the chicken. The Deluxe chicken sandwich was missing lettuce and tomato.Not much ChickenJoy was had this time around. Would highly recommend driving out to Seafood City or Skokie. Downtown location was disappointing.

Worst Jollibee location in the US. We ordered ahead to get our food. It still took them almost an hour. And every time we asked the status, they keep saying that they're working on it even when they're not. The worst part is that they update the status online to say that it's ready for pickup or completed, but it's not.Other employees straight up ignore you and avoid eye contact. It's not even worth coming back. Better go to the seafood city location. We came here on a weekday, outside of the usual meal times.Needs better management. They take advantage of people's loyalty to the chain.

Waited almost 2 hours for my online order. Employee keeps ignoring me, when i showed my phone she said we can't see your name on that then backs away. Then i asked again, they said there's a long wait, after almost 2 hours wait I asked again like I am begging them, she finally look fot the order and there it is, it is sitting there for almost 2 hours it was ready for almost 2 hours but they keep on ignoring what i was saying that it might be mine because that what happened to the guy before me. It just takes less than a minute to properly communicate to your customers. The guy preparing the orders is not efficient at all, keeps walking around, forgot this forgot that, ohhh I know, i was there for 2 hours. Jollibee workers shouldn't be like this, they should be jolly and efficient like bees but from what I experuenced they all look like they have hang over.This was march 16 2024 around 1pm-3pm

Terrible service. Immensely understaffed for the location. Trash bins overflowing. 45 min wait for food to be served. Employees are tired and stressed making the customer even more miserable. Hire more people!!To the individual who replies to reviews saying they’re “sorry so hear that”: multiple reviewers have already told you the problem and what needs to be done to fix it. Stop replying and take action to get the help your team needs.
