Had to visit this journeys as it was closest to me, to return a bad pair given by another location. The workers attending me were very attentive they understood what I needed and the circumstances behind the return without me mentioning it. Their names were Jax and Travi!! They helped me and were super nice, some of the best customer service I’ve received. Thank you for resolving my issue!

When I Walked Inside, The Entire Staff Greeted Me With Smiles & All Said “Heyyyy”It Made Me Smile. Then The Manager Marcus Was So Nice & Helpful. Great Customer Service ! From Everyone!

Erika was super helpful and nice. She pulled out as many shoes as I wanted to try on, and called more than one location to see if they had the pair that I liked, and even gave recommendations as to what I might like.

I’m always very welcomed when I go into this store and theres always someone coming up to me asking if I need help as soon as I walk in. But a couple days back I went inside with my Mexican parents to exchange some shoes. Everyone was busy except two African American employees. I was obviously going to need help and all they did was stand by the cash register and stare at me and my parents. After I called one of the employees her crusty short self came with a rude attitude. For sure she was not having a bad day which I could have understood but she was laughing way to much with her other partner to seem like she was in a bad mood. Whenever I go back there I’d rather have no help than have two employees discriminate my family for their race.

Tonight I went in to get new adidas's. The guy working there was very busy. Even though they didn't have them in my size, I appreciate his wonderful customer service, he even helped me check the shoes fit properly by pressing the toe for me. The guy who helped me at your store tonight gave world-class customer service, he was outgoing and happy to see us in the store. he was very knowledgeable about product and is a fantastic sales person. i left with a pair of adidas superstar kicks. He was great, he deserves a raise for going above and beyond with his customer service!Great experience
