You can design your own sofa arrangement and your own cloth. Fun store to see possibilities. I found the sofas to be too deep and you need pillows to sit and enjoy and have support for your back. I like the cloth samples that you could use like velvet because they’re easier to clean.

The couch is beautiful but the $300-400 pet warranty they recommend is absolutely useless. My cat scratched the heck out of the arms of my sofa and the claim was denied, labeling the scratches “typical wear and tear”.
Update: While Joybird replied to my google review, they never responded to my email regarding the matter.

My husband and I recently purchased a couch from Joybird. It was important to us to purchase a non-toxic couch that was also PFAS free and had low to no amount of VOC. We went to the Lincoln Park location to get a better visual of what couches Joybird had to offer and was given a box of swatches to bring home. This was really essential in picking out the perfect color/material.
We were put in contact with Kevin Mañalac at the LP location and from the very beginning, he was prompt, clear, and attentive in all of his responses. He took the time to understand our needs and asked thoughtful questions to ensure he recommended the best options for our space.
Kevin sent us detailed visuals with the swatch we selected, which made it easy to compare configurations from home. His guidance helped us confidently select a custom couch that would fit perfectly in our living area. Additionally, he included helpful documents and tips in his emails, so we have everything we need for future reference including information on care and maintenance. He also gave us accurate dates of when to expect delivery and let us know when the couch had actually shipped.
Overall, his excellent communication, product knowledge, and proactive support made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a custom piece from Joybird.

I absolutely LOVE my couch! I was so excited that there was a physical Joybird store near me that I could go try out the couches and fabrics to see what I liked. I ended up getting the Eliot Grand sofa in the velvet fabric Royal Apple. Astrik helped me order and plan out my delivery for my couch in store and she made the whole process go so smoothly. We worked together to ensure that my couch would FIT in my apartment doorway by looking at measurements. This fabric is so stunning in the sunlight and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality.

From walking in the store to the follow up email/confirmation, she was attentive and helpful, and most of all, fun! We are very excited to receive our new couch.
We didn’t originally plan/budget for the sectional we bought, but after sitting on it in person, knew it’d be a great value!!

Kevin Manalac was my sales representative, and he was wonderful! Very thoughtful and attentive to everything. I’m so glad I went to the showroom to try the sofa I liked. I originally thought I loved the fabric I saw online, but after touching it and seeing it in person, I changed my mind!
Highly recommend visiting the showroom—sit on the sofas and try them out. I placed my order online and can’t wait for my sofa to arrive! Will update once I receive it.

I received the couch today, I love it!!! Perfect softness for me! And glad I went to the showroom and find Kevin to help me this sofa! Thank you so much!

Kevin Manalac was my Sales Representative and was absolutely wonderful! He was attentive, excellent at explaining options, and helped me pick the Miller sectional, that is perfect for me. Kevin answered my questions in person and through emails. Very thoughtful, kind, informative, and detailed. I loved the customer experience at Joybird and the beautiful selection. The showroom allows you to pick the comfort and color that you want. Definitely will recommend Joybird and Kevin to friends and family. Best furniture shopping experience I’ve had.

Joybird is making profit from overpricing by double to triple their competitors for the exact
same items, charging “restocking fees” on in-stock items, and overpriced shipping fees. I wanted to share my experience below with details so you don’t waste your money shopping with this company.
I purchased the Aggy Rug for $356 plus a $55 delivery fee through the joybird website- the rug arrived and unfortunately it just wasn’t a good fit for our space. I go to place a return and was shocked to learn there is a 25% restocking fee on this item- not a custom item, a rug that is in stock and not produced by joybird.
This exact rug is available in the size that I purchased on multiple other websites at the following prices-
Home Depot $196.94. $0 in delivery fees, $0 in restocking fees.
Wayfair $199.99. $0 in delivery fees, $0 in restocking fees.
Bed, bath, and beyond $164.00 plus an additional 10% off coupon. $0 in delivery fees, $0 in restocking fees.
With Joybird’s first delivery fee of $55, the 25% restocking fee, and and an additional $55 return delivery fee – that brings the total amount that I paid for a rug I will return to $199. This is approximately 55.89% of the price of $356 (their original price is $548!), which is particularly outrageous compared to all of the other prices above for the exact same merchandise.
I would advise that you shop elsewhere based on my experience- I escalated this matter to management and they refused to reverse any charges or work with me to provide a solution of any type.

I was led into the Chicago store by the beautiful colors and styles of sofas. Kevin helped me. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and patient with my many questions. He guided me through the order process, delivery, and checked in to make sure I was happy with the new sofa for my daughter. The sofa is beautiful and sooooo comfortable. I have all positive things to say about my experience with Joybird thus far.

Poor quality! Uneven stretch of fabric. Deformed seat. Waived stitches and ages.
Considering my long saga with Jaybird regarding order adjustments before, I didn’t even try to reach out to the store and complain. My frustration is not theirs concern. Huge disappointment!!!

I have wanted the Bryant daybed for about a year now. Finally pulled the trigger to get it and they won’t deliver to Wisconsin or surrounding areas. From their customer service stated
“As an alternative, you may choose to have your order delivered to a friend or family member's address within our delivery area to arrange for a pick-up. Another alternative would be to have the order delivered to a Freight Forwarder within our delivery area and then arrange for delivery from there.
Please be aware that orders handled in this way will not be covered under warranty and are not eligible for return, as we do not have service providers beyond our designated delivery network.”
I’m so disappointed they do not state this to begin with - or if you do find a way they won’t cover warranties. If I could rate it lower the. 1 star I would.
