Absolutely horrible customer service. I had 2 items on hold and was reassured multiple times that I would be able to pick up my items the next day due to them not being in stock at this location. When I called to confirm the next day I was told that I need to go pick up the items myself at the Lombard location. If you are unable to provide a service do not lie and say it is possible, especially given that people may be dealing with time constraints. Would never recommend this location to friends or family. You're better off going to their other location or going to another clothing store on Devon.

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I went there shop first time to bought perfumes, it’s was good customer service by guys there but I went second time there shop to get few kurta sets, I am very disappointed with the sell person girl who help us check out. She made us feel like we are nothing at shop. I asked about discount while checking out and she started saying no barking without having one single smile to treat a customer goodly. By seeing that sell person girl face doesn’t even want to get anymore item and doesn’t feel like to come back the shop again.Never recommend!

Today I went to Junaid Jamshed to buy like 4 outfits and these 2 ladies were amazing (Jasmine and Sumaya) they helped me with bringing all the sizes I needed. GREAT CUSTOMERS SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They should close this store the way they treat the customer service. Management is highly unprofessional. The staff and especially the manager should take the customer service course in order to treat the customers. They treat the customers like monopoly. Ridiculous!!

Pathetic customer service. Once you buy something, you won’t be able to exchange even within an hour. Poor girl at the front desk keeps calling the manager for the permission of exchanging the items. In the end, it’s the last time and we are stealing your money, once you pay for anything. They treat customers like you are in Pakistan. Nowadays, customer service people are cooperative in the Pakistan as well. Highly disappointed. It’s better to buy online instead of going to this store. All the stock in this store is totally obsolete. They think people have no choice. I would regard this store management idiotic nonsense. Worst experience of the customer service here. Be careful folks.

Staff is very bad in customer service. It seems they are always in a bad mood. They do not greet their customers when thay entered the store. They show very bad attitude if you ask them to show more clothes or sizes. They are extremely disrespectful with their customers.

It’s was such a terrible experience visiting & buying stuff from j. Chicago outlet at Devon.All the employees & staff members were so disrespectful & casual towards the customers,I have visited many stores but I will never recommend any family members & friends to ever visit or buy anything from this store.From entering to checking out all employees were so casual they were arguing in front of customers & the dress which my wife bought without taking her permission they took out from her bag & started measuring for another customer then started arrogant behavior.All the employees working there not a single employee working there were behaving like statues no smile no courtesy no thank you no welcoming behavior nothing at all really disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Junaid Jamshed on Devon ave. In Chicago . Despite confirming the closing time as 10:30 PM over the phone, we arrived at 9:30 PM only to find the store prematurely closed. The staff cited a lack of customers as the reason, yet there were at least eight families, including us, who were denied entry. The claim that the registers were closed was clearly untrue, as I was able to make a purchase. This experience was not only frustrating but also misleading and unprofessional.
