The only good thing about this place is they're not busy. They are full of uselessness. Charging $5 per notary signature then an exp driver's license with maiden name along with new driver's license with married name, " but with same address, not being enough " proof?!? Bunch of USELESS folks here. Go to Milwaukee & California location- 5 stars there!

Stopped here to buy plate sticker today in great mood might I add at 2:15pm window# 554 there was a heavy set woman with glasses and I could feel the negativity from her I hand her my paperwork and explained the reason for my visit she asked me some questions and gave me a price of $180.50 which was higher than competitors I questioned it and her demeanor changed from bad to worse she said well you can just go elsewhere so I just paid for my sticker and so to leave in peace I asked for her name to thank her she says that doesn’t matter with an ugly attitude and rude demeanor. so if you’re having a good day and want it ruined go here. And My family has been coming here for nearly 15yrs not anymore!

The woman working at this Currency Exchange this afternoon sent me to City of Chicago because she was unable to help me. I went, and there I was told they can't do that here, I need to go to the City Clerk. Writing this review because the woman at City of Chicago said, "I don't know why she sent you here, they always do that." Clearly, this is an issue. Don't go here unless you have time to waste.

Went in for a city sticker for my leased car. The girl made me jump through hoops. Then when I came back with all of my paperwork for the lease and being sent away AGAIN, for something else...she was going to charge me nearly double! I went to the currency exchange in my old neighborhood 4 miles away. Provided the bare basics...VIN #, plate #, license...got my sticker within a minute. No hoops. No questions. No price gouging. No rudeness.I'll go out of my way, to NEVER go to this location again.

I stopped by here for plates and with COVID-19 there's been a lot of delays, etc. They refused to take a copy of my title (its a lease so I'll never get the title, especially right now during a pandemic). I went to the currency exchange on elston and western and they got it done. Made a simple call and here I am finally getting my IL plates and city sticker. This place right here is complete trash and can't do their job correctly. I'm so grateful for the second currency exchange because if I went based on this one's incorrect information, I'd be waiting even more to get my plates, etc situation taken care of.
