He answered all questions and was quick to respond, very knowledgeable and personable. He helped understand insurance and get discounts that would have been missed, definitely give a call. She was extremely helpful setting up a new vehicle insurance policy, also very friendly and fun to chat with. He was not meeting clients in person because of Covid, but was extremely helpful by phone, text and email, responsive and knowledgeable, advice very valuable. He transferred renters insurance in less than 24 hours, called back right away, was informative, clearly explained all steps, and provided a reduced rate, exceptional service.
