Had a great time shopping at Kickin’ today - there are so few maternity stores left in Chicago, and this one goes above and beyond. I’m a L/XL, and they had loads of options. Sara was so kind and helpful, and helped me find a pair of jeans that made me feel really great, and a dress for my shower. Thank you, Sara!

Such a wonderful store for expecting mothers and they have such darling children's clothes as well. It's awesome that the maternity clothes are all versatile in that they can be worn during pregnancy or post partum. The owner is warm, knowledgeable and knows what's on trend. I felt comfortable and confident shopping for a couple pairs of maternity jeans that were chic yet comfortable. Thank you, Trudy!

Wonderful clothes and experience. The pieces were so soft and comfortable! I run a Large / XL at the moment and I found plenty of pieces that fit and looked beautiful. I will definitely be back soon to buy more clothes and once my baby is here I will come back to buy clothes for them!

Overpriced and Pretentious Came in here trying to help out a local business while shopping for my pregnant sister. We ended up buying pants and a dog toy the young boy was selling in the store. While we were checking out, the owner asked where I worked and I told her. She stated "Oh my friend works there too, but u know, high up" Off colored/unnecessary remark.

So exceptionally kind. A lot of different brands. Even looked in the back for off season items that would work while we visited family!! And love my small brick and mortar stores where I can try on 3 different sized and 4 different styles. Thank you for putting all the "no" back

Great store! I had a wonderful experience here, shopping for a nice dress for my baby shower. The owners were extremely knowledgable and attentive, but not hovering. If you're pregnant, you know that there's virtually zero brick-and-mortar stores to buy maternity clothes. It's the pits. So this felt like such a treat--rather than ordering random sizes online *hoping* they fit your changing body, not knowing how the fabric will feel--getting to have a REAL PERSON help me, I can't emphasize how good it felt. They also have an attached shoe store, which makes for a convenient one stop shop if you need shoes for your changing feet, too! Thanks, Trudy and Matt!

I have shopped Kickin' for both my pregnancies and they always have a great selection of clothing from your every day basics to special occasion dresses. There is also a good selection of post-partum clothing.

I took my toddler out in 100 degree heat because I needed maternity clothes for myself due to the heat. Website, google, yelp all said it was open at 11am. I had to kill some time walking around waiting for it to open. When I got there, there was a paper sign taped to the door stating random open and closed hours for an August holiday. Including several TBD hours (⁉️).This seems more like someone's (very) side gig and not a business that cares about customers. It's just not that hard to put even your random hours up on your website if you care about customers not wasting their time.

Kickin' is one of the most impressive small businesses I've ever experienced even with my 12 years living in NYC. Going to Kickin' is more than just shopping, it's fun!
