Absolutely the worst place to get a city sticker. Employees can't even read the vehicle registration ticket, to get my license plate number right.

Despite the process to purchase my license plate ticket was fast, they didn’t state that they would consider Cash Advance when using credit card to pay. The only thing they told me was $4.5 transaction by using debit OR credit.

I went to update my car registration and noticed there was a lady that was being loud and problematic and the lady helping her was very soft spoken. The manager was called and he was totally useless to resolve the problem. When it was my turn, I came up to the window with my 3 year old and since there was no social distancing as all 4 window were open, I asked this problem costumer to please put her mask over her nose. She totally flipped using obscene language and even referring my 3 year old a "b" word. None of the employees intervened or attempted to set order. Wasn't expecting much of this place but I will avoid in the future like the plague. Management has to be upgraded and all employees have to get trained to only to get their work done but how to deal with issues like this that can arise.

They should make a change from a male employee who was here today a few minutes ago I tried to change a TCF check and the man who is there today treated me very despotically just because I gave him my check and I had black glasses on he told me to take them off In a rude way, I am not a criminal and I have also been a costumer for years in this place. I don't bother taking off my glasses because anyone who has nothing to worry about fears otherwise what he told me when I told him I bring glasses because I'm working outside and he spoke to me remotely saying that I was not working there
It seemed stupid to me that he asked me to take off my glasses just because I gave him my passport from my country. In the future they should have a nicer, polite and respectful manager.
Don't judge appearances, be objective. I am an honest, humble, hard-working person who works with dignity alongside my husband to support my family.
In the end I don't even change it with a stupid excuse
