The store is a little older. They have two floors. Customer service is on the second floor and in the back. Makes it difficult for a senior. There is an elevator but you have to search for it a bit as it is in the back corner. Staff are good, generally. However there was a rude woman taking care of the fitting room. She never said hi or appeared genial. Just barked at myself and others coming in to try clothes , “No carts. Bring out your clothes when you are done.”
