Best experience I had with the Virtual Reality game play. The zombie fight was totally promising and felt real. The staff was very helpful.

Okay this was my second time coming here and this time it was 100/10. Next time I will bring friends. It’s definitely a workout. I was surprised with how sweaty I got. Thank you so much. I had so much fun!

From the beginning I had a feeling the experience was going to be subpar. We entered the location located inside the Landmark theater building on Clark st. The entrance to the actual Lounge was a bit tricky because my son and I passed it and we turned around walked several stores back and there it was. As we began the VR experience I told the guy I paid for one hour for 2 people with he Groupon deal and he said we would need to switch back and forth between my son and I. I immediately thought that was inconvenient so I just let my son enjoy the entire hour. Then as he put the VR on my son, I noticed it was attached to a 20 foot long cord that hung up near the ceiling. So this cord was just hanging and always in my son's way when he tried to do anything with the VR controls. It's 2024 where everything is wireless and this VR experience was opposite of that.
Let's talk about the games. The games were very basic. 2 of the games were zombie killing games and it literally entailed my son standinf in one position and killing zombies coming towards him. The other game called gorilla tag was a little more intuitive but still pretty basic overall. My son only had the opportunity to play about 2-3 games but a good deal of the time we had to ask how to play or the game needed to be reset because the game stopped working. I would say my son enjoyed the second zombie game better because it was scarier.
The couch was falling apart as well. The armrest on the side I was sitting on was 3/4 of the way from falling completely off. That's terrible and also a safety hazard. When it was time to use the bathroom we had to go all the way to the 4th floor. Very inconvenient.
Finally, we were just about done and the guy working there was putting on his coat and beginning to cut off all of the lights. We ended the VR at 630pm and the place closes at 9pm. Looks like he was eager to go home well before closing time. What if someone wanted to try out the place at 7pm? It's probably better they did not because it's not worth the time and money whatsoever.

Took my children, the headset was dirty and the guy stated he didn’t have anything to clean it with, we had to use hand sanitizer and napkins out the bathroom, so disgusting. I won’t be back. My children liked it but for sanitary reasons I won’t return. Other ppl body fluids are all over that thing.

Just a couple rooms with ibuypower PCs, beat up couches, and an oculus. There was no way to wipe down the headset between uses, the equipment was falling apart and being held together with tape. One person plays at a time with no sound from the game or music for the people not playing. Skip this place and try sandbox vr down the road.

Bought this from Groupon. Equipment was taped together. CPU was underpowered for the games and was skipping . There was no help from the staff to assist in a first time experience

Please read the reviews. This place is not worth it. Thank God I found a cheap groupon because if I paid full price, I would be pissed. One person plays at a time which isn't advertised and you don't play the full hour each. The headset doesn't work for at least 15 minutes but of course the guy didn't care. He wanted us off in a hour. The couches look old and worn. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only 1 person can play at a time, there was only 1 headset. The headset was taped up and barely worked. The game selection was very limited and the majority of our time spent was asking questions. Terrible experience! We were booked for an hour but after 30 minutes of trying to get the game to work we left. Oh and don’t book a private room because there was absolutely no one else there. A complete waste of time and money!

Me and my son went and they lied to us saying there was no more reservations when there were four spots left. Also only one person could play at a time which was not advertised. The game selection was limited and not worth the price.

If I could give a zero I would. Don’t waste your money coming here. I reserved on Groupon 1hour for 4 guests. When we get here it’s one headset and no multiplayer games. Then the guy couldn’t even speak English I didn’t understand nothing he was saying
