This is officially my new go-to mechanic. So communicative. Not only advised what part needed repair but explained what the part did!
I also got the brakes done at the same time and that portion alone was still less expensive than the same job at a different garage over 5 years ago!

Due to a communication snafu (on my part) my car wasn't ready when I thought it would be, but they took care of it in record time once they realized! Didn't try to upsell me on anything and were honest, forthright, and friendly. Definitely recommend and will be going back.

Man these guys completely bailed me out. I was in town for just a couple of days and on the drive up my car started wobbling badly. I had no idea what had happened.
Well they were booked but they still took my car in and the next day I was all set even though they had a line out the door.
Turned out one of my tires was the problem. I asked to replace both tires up front and to get an alignment. Not only did I get a great deal on the tires but they didn’t charge me for an alignment because I didn’t need one.
Man I thought I was going to pay a fortune but nope. A truly great price and fantastic communication. I could go on and on. You never know you you can trust in that business. Especially when you’re out of town. But you can rest assured that these guys will treat you more than fairly. 10/10 recommendation.

L&L was recommended to me by a friend who describe the owners as good, honest people - and they are exactly that. They helped me with a unknown flapping noise my car was making and Junior was extremely helpful in keeping me aware. I will be back for any car needs in the future

L & L is HONEST & AWESOME! After a dealership and other shops were giving me rip-off estimates - L & L replaced my clutch, flywheel, front bearings - all at a super fair price (and fast). My car feels like new. Jr is a great guy, and these people genuinely care about cars, a job done right, and their customers.

Exactly what you want in a mechanic. Junior is communicative, honest and fair. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work and it shows.
The sort of guy who is willing to call and argue with the dudes as AutoZone when necessary. 🔧
Have referred a number of friends here and they all say it's the only place they go. Much props.

We have been bringing our car here for years. Junior runs the shop and provides a good estimate of time and cost. This already puts L&L ahead of others. The fact that he's upfront says it all; he won't BS you. The shop does get busy so call ahead to avoid delays.

Father and son business and they are always honest, communicative, and do a great job. They tell me truly what needs to be fixed and what can wait. Seriously, take your car here. I’ve been to many auto repair shops in the city as I used to have an old car and this one is by far the best.

L and L auto has been my trusted mechanic for years. As a woman in the city, it's often hard to find one you trust. I am so confident with Junior and the rest of the team!
They have helped me out in so many ways. Helped me figure out a tow, dealt with my insurance when I got sideswiped, any minor assistance I need and also major work.... even if I should've done it forever ago! They don't make me feel shameful when I can't afford something. They are realistic and prioritize.
I was so grateful when they were there for me after my accident, they knew exactly what my insurance needed.
Thank you for giving me peace of mind and the best bang for my buck - won't go anywhere else!

I decided to try service here instead of my longtime dealership where I purchased my vehicle. The takeaways: they are honest and hardworking. They went the extra mile for me in their inspection and service. I learned they also have auto sales of pre-owned cars. Not only will I use them again, but highly recommend. I think the word is out on how good they are. I saw firsthand how they had a quick turnover of customers and business. In the future, I hope they will be able to keep the same quality of work with the increased demand of their service!

What an amazing car shop. The staff was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The wait was quick and the price was reasonable. The lobby was very comfortable. My kids and I were in and out very quickly. I will definitely be back in the future.
